Bought my husband a Christmas gift a few weeks in advance from Sprint . My husband was disapponted in the drone after reading over the box simply because it works through your phone, not a separate remote control. With that, I took the drone back to the Sprint location 4 days after Christmas when he opened the gift. I have been told by the manger and cooperate customer service that you can not do a return after 14 days. I was not verbally informed about this return policy. The employee who sold me the item was well aware it was being purchased for a gift and not once brought up that it would not be able to returned after christmas (I purchased the gift almost a month in advance). I am now stuck with a $300 gift that will not be used. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years consistenly paying a monthy bill. Very disappointed in the service and will no longer be recommending Sprint to friends or family. Needless to say, I am currently looking to switch to another phone company.
iphone broke due to manufactures defect, they took my phone and sent me home empty handed, spent 2 days with no loaner phone and replaced with refurbished phone that I was lied to and told was new, (no box, accessories, or paperwork). Also tried to sneak in a $43 sale of a screen protector last minute and really pressured to buy accessories. I've also been lied to before in regards to lease terms and rebates. These are unethical sales people, not customer service.
Hi. I'm Alan on Aug 1st my wife and I went in this store planning to buy 2 smart phones and cases and 2bluetooths.well a worker named Carlos approached us and asked how he could help well we ended up buying 2moto g phones two cases and 2bluetooth units spending about 500 that day Carlos was nice enough to take time to go thoughrly i mean he spent time on us and said if you need anything to come back well that's when the trouble startes my wife's phone started having issues so we took the phone back in mid November told Carlos what was wrong now that phone is under warranty for 1 year to find out I had to do all the leg work I had to call Motorola and set up an exchange well they said if I wanted a expidayted unit I would have to leave a hundred dollars on my debt card as my wifes father is 89 yes old so having a phone was a must it gets much worse when we received the replaced phone we brought the phone in again felt with Carlos he said give him a few minutes well 2 hours went by and 26 dollars later he couldn't get the phone working OK so I asked for my $25dollars back now mind you this is a warranty claim it shouldn't have cost me a dime so we left.we had to wait a week or so passes and I took the phone to a different cricket store and this time I was in the store maybe 20 minutes when I asked how much is it he said cricket doesn't charge for that especially on a warranty claim so the rockton ave store is out to milk every dime they can now when cricket gets the new moto x comes out l plan to purchase one for. Me and one for my wife but this will be the store on E STATE ST I will never step in that store again and hope you read this and won't do so i mean working in a cell store they should treat their customers fair cause all the social Media sites this could. Put a business out of business lol so remember don't deal with Carlos and don't shop there.
