Belated response from the loan adviser of the home buyers for our house. Forced us to change closing dates due to errors that they made with buyers' financial information. Made buyers wait occasionally refused to meet with them, leaving them in the waiting room. They waited a week until ONE week before closing to deny them. Claimed the buyers had pre-approval WITHOUT checking their credit. They wasted our time and cost us the house we intended to buy. No response has been made by bank representatives as we have tried to reach out to them over our discrepancy with loan advisor, Margie Nowak.
