Rocapulco Car Service reeks. It's the only car service I know of that never has a cab available when you need one. The dispatcher rudely told me he had 3 cabs available. What kind of car service only has 3 cars on duty on a busy Saturday afternoon? Rocapulco is nasty and unprofessional.
