This has got to be the worst Verizon store in the country. The store personnel are not very consumer oriented. I actually heard the service rep next to me telling a women they could not fix her cell phone that she needed to purchase a new phone. I explained that I just gotten back from Virginia and someone in the store had the same identical problem and the representative dailed an 800 number and fixed her phone. The Rockaway rep responded, well yes....guess I could do that. He ended up fixing her phone. The store personal just have a bad attitude and don't want to help or be courteous especially mnager, Lauren. She needs to take some customer relations skills workshops. My advice...................... Visit a different store.
