If you want to deal with scammers and people who care less about you while renting a car, this is your place!

We went to the Enterprise in Rockaway and spoke with a woman named Angela. Angela seemed to be in a rush to leave and didn't bother explaining anything to us as far as renting the car; she kept pushing us to sign here, initial here, sign here, and so on. Angela had told us about this insurance that would cover the car in the case of an accident or any scratches or minor damage, she blatantly told us that it would be an additional $100, so we agreed to that. This is where the scamming and deception come in to play; she didn't explain anything to us whatsoever and rushed us to initial a box that apparently charged us an additional $260 after the car was returned, it was called a Damage Waiver (DW).

We went back to the Enterprise after our trip. The manager, Bill, kept telling us that we initialed the paper and it did not matter if we were duped into signing it.
