Terrible customer service. It started with a rude and abrasive ticket agent to other staff having no idea where I could get the 3D glasses I needed (and paid to use) to see the particular movie I went to see. I watched without them. It is understaffed and the movie previews preceding the movie are too many and too long. They seemed to last 30-45 minutes.
