Very professional, friendly, and they service your bike needs on schedule. Good shop to donate used kids bikes they refurbish and give away!
Well my first experience in the shop to get my bike tuned last year was okay, they did the job. I'd have rated them a three and being a small local shop I took my husband's bike in. I asked them to tune it (it's a cross country full suspension) and fix the flat tire. It was a slow leak that when pumped up held air a day. I had it pumped and said I wasn't positive if it was front or back but it would be flat in the morning after being pumped so they would know which. They called me a couple days later, charged me to put a tube in the back tire and for the tune up and told me parts were warrantied for 30 days.. Seemed fine but the next morning I went to ride it and the back tire they said they had replaced the tube on was flat. I checked the work order and it showed rear tube replaced. Well I had to go away the next day so I took my other bike out and called them today (1 week later) about the tire being flat again the morning after I picked it up and paid for it. He said bring it in. So he replaced the tube again, charged me for the labour again and hopefully it will be okay. I guess I'm no longer sure I trust them. The fact they charged me for the labour makes me wonder if they, 1 changed the original tube or just pumped it and charged me for it, and 2, I feel they shouldn't make more money on installing a defective tube. It would have been cheaper for me to go down the road and buy a new tube and put it in rather then pay them $10.00 to install the tube a second time after the first one they installed leaked. I guess I'm looking for a new shop, gotta trust the guys that do the work for me.
