We rented a toddler playhouse (bounce house) from Morton Amusement for our daughter Katie's 4th birthday party... it was stormy the day we'd originally planned to have the party, and they offered to refund my deposit. I chose to just reschedule the party for the next weekend, which they did. Through the whole rental process, Donna was really helpful and clearly explained everything from start to finish. The delivery guy (I think his name was Aubrey) was really nice when he delivered the unit (the night BEFORE the party) and definitely knew his stuff. Before he left, he made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the bounce house. We'll definitely use them again. We'd never consider another company for renting inflatables.
