Mrs. Lamb is very nice and I enjoyed seeing her for my medical care. Although, I don’t feel like she really knows what she’s doing. The front staff and nurse who does the checking in are all very short, kinda rude and not willing to help. When I ask for a doctors note they all seem annoyed and telll me to sit and wait 5-10 minutes before they get it. And they just sit and chit chat while I wait. No one answers the phone, they stare at each waiting for someone else to answer.

It seems to get a prescription filled through a mail order company (medco) for the first time you have to go in for a nurse visit (not a doctor), even though your prescription is still good for another 5 to 6 months. Could it be for the money? But, when the nurse rolls her eyes, leans against the wall and huffs, that is unprofessional. When you have a letter in your hands that states, only your ""doctor"" can "" fax"", or your ""doctor"" can call in a ""new"" prescription (new meaning to the mail order company), or your ""doctor"" can use ""e-prescribing"" and not once did this letter say the customer could do this....(letter still with me). So the huffy nurse goes to get the head nurse who proceeds to tell the patient/their paying customer that their policy was not to fax, call, or e-prescribe. But they made an exception to have my husbands e-prescribed done for him. And she would have to get an exception for me after chastising me about their office policies. When the doctor's office and the mail order pharmacy cannot get their act together the consumer/patient suffers. But....what they both do not understand these days without superior customer service their salaries come from their patient/customer and without your customers you have no business and no salaries. So continue on the same path and hopefully your business will not go under. SO for this reason I am no longer a paying customer with good insurance and I wish you the best in the furture that you all will have jobs...staff.....

Thorough, caring and professional

Dr. Hsu deserves a 5. She discovered a cancerous nodule before it got too far. I had no symptoms and never realized I had a very small lump on my neck. She always listens carefully to what I have to say. She saved my life. I would not give the ""office"" a 5, but a 3. There is room for improvement and I have seen a great improvement over the last couple years.

Very Disappointing- not worth the underhanding billing

Use Caution when going here. The doctors are only so-so and their billing practices are VERY unreasonable. I was charged a Wellness exam $180 (seems ridiculously high anyway). But because I asked Dr. Hsu a question about my blood pressure (which they check every time a patient comes in regardless)and weight she ALSO charged me a sick office visit fee which is $116. So even with insurance payments I still owe them $200 for 10-15 minutes of doctor time. They apparently have this policy vaguely stated on one of the sign in sheets but I didn't catch it when I read through them. I know a person who used to work at this office and they said this is very common occurrence especially with Dr. Hsu. Wish I had asked that person before I went. Learn from my mistake! Find a doctor's office that doesn't have such underhanded billing practices. They are definitely not worth $296 in total exam fees!!?
