They don't stand behind what they sell. Owner is rude and does not care that what he sells is junk and only tries to sell you more junk. Very sad and disappointing.
Best Customer service hands down in any vape shop. All three of the locations are great, friendly, they know the product, and always what I need. They always the newest stuff and will order something special in with no problem for me. I love the specials they have. It's the best Vapor Shop
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!!! I have been a loyal customer since they opened their doors, got my first starter kit from them, upgraded to newer mods at least 2 or 3 times, and purchased about 60ml a week. I for sure spent several hundreds of dollars. The service there has been a steady decrease in quality, The most recent big purchase I made was a 70 dollar box mod 35 days ago, the mod stopped charging and I went in to get some help. The employee there decided it would be a good idea to use tweezers in my charge port, which caused a loud crack and smoke to rise from the charge port. This employee then told me that my mod was out of warranty and there was nothing that could be done. So I went in with a mod that had charging issues and left with a mod that smelled like fire and a hollow hole where a charge port used to be. I went back the next day to speak with the owner and before I said one word he seemed proud to tell me that he could not help me and that there was nothing that could be done. The fact that an employee of his broke my mod in the store, did not seem to phase him. FIREHOUSE VAPOR LLC clearly does not care about the customer, not to mention their juice PRICES are DOUBLE compared to local Rock Hill competitors. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!
