We used their service since 2006, 12 years with no problems at all.Now (as of May and June of 2018) they haven't been to our place in 5 weeks and we can't even get anyone on the phone. Regretfully after 12 good years I have to switch. What went wrong? If you fix it we would go back.
Doesnt return calls.....misses Pick ups.......trash sits out for 2 weeks. Picks up recycles when ever they feel like it. WORST EVER Company.
Believe the bad reviews. They don’t pick up for weeks on end. Never answer their phone or reply to web contact. Drivers are rude and drive recklessly through neighborhood. Trash and recycling are compacted in the same truck. This business has gone down hill fast.
Not sure how they're still in business. They don't pick up our trash. They don't answer the phone. They don't refund your money when you cancel the service so please just choose another trash service.
No stars!!! Horrible service!! Horrible customer service!!! Have to call at least once a month because of no pick up. I don’t even know which day is the pick day at this point. The can has been sitting at the road for going on 2 weeks. The lid won’t close. I have been calling since last Thursday to try to get it picked up.
Do not use this company. They were great at first but over the last year they have had issues and did not pick up our trash. They hardly answer the phone when you call to inquire when the trash is going to be picked up. They then make it seem like your fault or they give you some excuse like they were short staffed. These types of issues should not go back on a paying customer. They now have competition in the area so DO NOT use Liberty or you will be highly disappointed!
This is a despicable and horrible company. You can't be a good person and run this company with no regard for your customers. Trash was picked up yesterday (1/9/18) after 2 weeks of no pick-up! These are on-going issues for months!!!! Like the plethora of scathing reviews all over the Internet, including the BBB, they RARELY answer their phones and NEVER return phone calls. This has been the same sentiments of my neighbors and we are all spreading the word via email to a large neighborhood email chain and passing out flyers to everyone in the neighborhood and surrounding streets. We are collectively on a mission to get rid of them and if they go out of business because they're losing customers/capital, then good. They deserve to go out of business. They're useless. Many Catawba neighbors have sought out another company due to my diligence in finding one who comes to Catawba. Big C trash comes out to Catawba so if you live in Catawba and read this, contact them!
Have not had a pickup since before Thanksgiving , I called and the auto message said a day delay, all good, but now 2 weeks and no pickup, called 4 times never gotten a return call , but today I did get my bill , apparently all they do is collect money by and not garbage,, time to contact the BBB.
They are the worst company I have ever felt with. They owe me $60 and refuse to pay. There service sucks
This #*&^%%# company does not deserve any stars, odd that you have to give 1 star to give a review, when it should be ---------star. They have the gall to have service. Have owned a house since I was 21 and am now 83. Not only did the not do what they said the would do they owe me $60 since 9/10, I have called 11 times and emailed twice and all I get lies.
