In a group where they won't share my posts but they'll share their own posts, keeping me from selling to the community because I sell computers..... absolutely outraged that I'm being discriminated against like this.
I just had the worst customer service today from Comporium. Instead of letting me know that I was not able to verified my account, the woman on the phone hung up on me. I thought she solved the problem but she did not. So I called again but then I got yelled at and then hung up on again. I have a problem with sensory, so being yelled at while an alarm is going off is not ideal. She was unhelpful and rude. I did submit an official complaint and the person there said she should have not hung up on me. I have them for security, but personally I do not feel safe anymore knowing that they may just hang up the phone on me if there was an emergency. Unfortunately, it is not my house so not my choice, I just live here. But I am college now, and one day I will get my own place and WILL NOT have Comporium except for internet, but that is only because there is not other choices in Rock Hill for internet. This was literally THE WORST customer experience I EVER had! And if you have a metal disability, I definitely don't recommend them because the people at the security call center are not well trained.
Comporium is cancer. DO NOT EVER USE THEM, I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY!!!!!!!
Their service really sucks. Since I've had comporium I've had nothing but problems with my Internet service and when you talk to a technician they tell you to do the same steps over and over again which does not work. I've had them for six months now and comporium has been my biggest headache since moving to the Rock Hill area.
I moved back home from being gone 20+ years and from having providers from Time Warner to Comcast and several others I can't remember. I pay Comporium for 'ultra high speed internet' which the service provides 60 mb/s, yet when testing speeds I can not get even to 40mb/s, even standing 10' unobstructed from the wireless router. Upon explaining the situation to tech support I was told that they could send someone out however if they found there was no problem I would be charged, that was the solution. Really!?! This is Comporium's customers service? When I had Comcast they at least made an effort. Is this typical or just me catching a tech having a bad day?
This is absolutely the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. No other company comes any where close. I have to call about every two weeks to customer service to have them "resend a signal" to the box. That process usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to include wait time. Not to mention I have had to take time off work twice to meet a service guy to fix things at the house. Total junk.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We loose service too often to count. I wish I could rate them with negative stars. They don't care about their clients because they have the monopoly in this area. I wish another company would get the rights to this area. I would gladly pay more than the gut wrenching high prices Comporium charges just to be rid of them.
It is Horrible! We lose cable and internet connection multiple times a week. I hate that they have the monopoly!
I couldn't agree more with the reviews below! I would like to rate a negative stars if I could! Horrible service! Way more expensive than any other carrier I've been with, highway robbery! I'm so furious after getting my first bill to find out my "taxes and fees" are an additional 40.00 per month! If I want to cancel or downgrade my service it would be 440.00!!! Never go with this company unless your in Rock Hill there is not much choice but I'd still go with Direct TV or Dish instead of this company!
