I went to dinner with my family. We sat down at 7:30 PM to eat after waiting 45 minutes to dine and we were served dinner at 9:30 PM, 2 HOURS AFTER WE SAT DOWN. We sat down initially for 35 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink and/or dinner selection. The hostest after 35 minutes of waiting for someone to greet us at the table with a drink order asked us how we were doing. After we told him we hadn't been seen by anyone for over a half an hour he said "I really wished you would have spoken to me earlier", like we were responsible for the complete lack of service and respect for the customer. We watched the 3 stooges (owner, manager and hostest doing nothing but blow smoke up the occasional leaving customer at the front of the restaurant. There were only two waiters serving the entire inside tables while the 3 stooges chatted it up. The bartender served us. Because of the wait (2 hours...) We were told the next round of drinks would be on the house. No joke, the complimentary round because of the incompetence was served 25 minutes later. The appetizer we had ordered came at an hour in of waiting there. When the entrees finally came...the asparagus was brown, the chicken was so dry it was like jerky, and the salmon was killed three times over it was so dry. Three meals were left half way uneaten after all that because it was awful. This was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER HAD TOGETHER AT A PLACE OF ESTABLISHMENT FOR DINING! BE WARNED!
We have been to the Theater on the Ridge for 3 shows and we were very impressed with the C R B Mobile Beer & Wine Bar the selection of beers & wines was great and the bartenders were polite and professional. Great job, see you at the Wild Party Karen, David McAllister
