Delicious food, gracious staff. Their onion rings are out of sight. Comfortable atmosphere with nice booths. Their menu is varied.
Can't say too much because they wouldn't seat us.We were told to call a half hour ahead, and when we did, we were told they couldn't take call aheads for more than four people, after lying to us the first time. Then they said there was an hour and 45 minute wait. I doubt that - I think they can't keep staff.
I made my above ground pool choice at clover because I have purchased two hot tubs from them in the past. From day one of using my pool I did not have enough things that clover considers extras and not necessary. I vacuumed my pool for the first time, which I had no idea how to do. All my life I have had in ground pools so this was different. I called clover and got no help. I asked some friends and figured it out. UNTIL .......I went to clean the filter and add more chlorine, I had no plugs. This is considered an extra at clover and had to go buy them......so that I did not have water spill all over every time I went to clean my pool or add chlorine. Also my filter basket cover does not fit, went back to clover three times and they said I should not have problems. Again no help, I had even four guys come over to try to fix it and they can not believe what it looks like.Now my current experience........ I am getting ready to close the pool. I called once I got my pool saying I could not find the winter cover which is included. They stated it would be delivered in August. August came and went and I called clover last week. They said I need to come in and pick it up. I also asked how do I close it.......NO help at all they said I missed the class. Which by the way when I said I got no notification of a class, they said well a flier was posted on the store door. I said I have not walked in your store........no help. Well I got the cover but guess what here are the extras you have to buy the wire and crank to HOLD the cover. How is this an extra???? How about the cover to the filter....this is an extra. Clover said you can just leave the open hole not covered, no worries. In a Rochester winter I do not think so........I waited to post anything till I spoke with the manger. Well AGAIN no help and he confirmed these things I needed for my pool are extras.
Food is great and good value..But the service is so bad!!! management never walked around and see if you are happy..Waitresses over confident but services suck..
An absolute plethora of rude, intimidating and careless employees. If you have ever been here, you know exactly what I am speaking about. No proper greeting, even when you try to say hello, giving rude looks, snapping gum in your face, banging your paid items around, texting on their phones while you wait for your receipt. I've had even worse experiences with Walmart cashiers but that is what to expect on a regular basis. The store always has odd things like raw chicken in the shampoo isle... but I guess it's not the store's fault, just lazy indecisive, customers for that one. I recommend you AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Hostess rude. Told me they had no seats and I had to wait 25 minutes at 4PM. Lots of seats but looked they had no help to serve. I walked out. Learn how to run a business. You run people out the door.
Told me I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a seat at 3:45 PM on Saturday when most of the restaurant was empty. Told hostess to go screw and walked out. Went to Outback and had no problems. Way to run your customers out the door. I will not be back.
This Walmart is horrible and the store is a mess! There is never any personnel to assist you and you wait in line for an excess amount of time. Don't use the bathrooms...
Disgraceful!!! I will never order anything from them. If it gave an option to give no stars I would!!! Not only do they charge you hidden fees they sent my mother a horrible arrangement that did not remotely come close to what I ordered. They did not give her the lilies and roses and the right vase they gave her carnations and daisies. Where in the world did this florist learn about flowers. They looked like they were picked from a yard. I could have bought a better bouquet for $10 from walmart!!!! They also never included my personalized card and when I called and left a message to call me I never received a response. My mother also called and they bluntly lied to her. I suggest you not go through this company. You will not get what you pay for. I paid $65.00 and got $5 quality. I will be contacting the BBB about this shop. I never had such a horrible experience with a company in ally life. I did contact the website which this shop works through. They refunded my money the next day. I have pictures to prove how disgraceful of job they did. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. GO ELSEWHERE!
