I am trying to call about my supplies and my bill, but no one answers the phone, like I am supposed sit with my phone all day on hold. but they always call you when they want you to order something from them. That's terrible and very disrespectful to your customers. You can't tell me that this place is that busy that everytime I call I have to hang up before they answer.
I am a health professional who has had the need to call this pharmacy on behalf of my patients on numerous occasions. Organization and expertise are not part of what they offer. Once I know that a patient is using them I get ready for problems. If a patient is very stable and smart they may get what they need but if they are slightly confused or not knowledgeable, forget it.
I was trying to get cpap supplies for a month. After supplying all paperwork requested, I was never contacted by the accounts manager. I should have went with my gut when I first walked into the office area. It looked very messy. While talking to the person at the desk, she informed me that I did not have all that was required. I stated that a phone call to me would have settled the issue. She had no answer. I took my business to another supplier and the process took one week.
I love the interesting creative products and packaging. The presentation is amazing and very professional. I love the bubble bath bon bons.
The people are so nice and friendly. They go out of their way to help you out. And the variety of items is out of this world. They have over 30 flavors of dip mixes and several dozen of these little itty bitty tiny soaps. They kids LOVE them. and I do too. They make great gifts and party favors.
I was trying to get oxygen for my mother ,from the time they received the script,Mon. at 2.30. I didn,t get answers until Thur.at 2:30 from the area manager.When I told him the unprofessional and rude experience I got from his employee,his answer was she was new and I never even got an apology for her rudeness and my complaint went all the way to the Vice President of the company! If you need supplies for a loved one my suggestion is do not do business with Lincare of Rochester! Tom Shofkom
Normally I am not a person writing reviews or feedback but after going to this place, I changed my opinion. Firstly It's a whole new management & pharmacy, with past name I didn't use them for 4 years, but after I heard the good reviews from community, wanted to give a chance and yes I made a good decision of giving the business to them, if we go in and see the ambience, service, friendly atmosphere, lot of negative opinions and reviews will change! The techs are very knowledgeable, hard working, prompt and courteous! Please give them an opportunity or chance by clearing out the opinion like me about bad past with old management. Everyone will be very 100% happy with service and most of all Free packaging and delivery anytime, who would refuse it?

I had a short turnaround on a Rx I needed for my sick pet and the customer care exceeded all expectations. Very blessed my Vet recommended Pine Pharmacy @ 12 Corners
Rude management. Prepared food manager very arrogant. Rude staff there as well. Food quality has gone down.
