Customer service is awful. I simply called regarding my bill which came a month early only after 2 months of service the secret at seemed extremely bothered to have to answer a phone to begin with let alone assist a customer. She was of no help! I am switching to ALs they have great reviewes & have better prices .

Customer service is terrible! They are so nasty when you call here. I just cancelled my service. I'm not paying $340 a year to deal with that.Go to Al's Maintenance. They are very pleasant and much cheaper.
Worst customer service ever. Not members of BBB. Rude customer service. Inconsistant service. Changed to WM. The owner Joe does not return calls. Avoid this company!
This disposal co is the worst business I ever had to deal with. They are rudest people. Rachel the office manager is the most insulting and sarcastic lady that I have ever talked to if you want to call her a lady? The service is very bad. They skip your pick up and when you call the office Rachel always try to say it is your fault and does not even let you talk. She should not be dealing with people. She has a very poor personality she even uses vulgar language on the phone. There are a lot of better disposal co out there.
This is beyond the worst Disposal Co. The only reason I give this a 1 star is you have to mark something to bad there is not a minus they deserve that.
Setting up an account with Waste Management is like dealing with verizon. The Woman who sets up the accounts is an unmovable force of pessimism. I mentioned I don;t have a home phone number. "No account." With all these businesses being hacked, I like to keep things anonymous. I had no home phone. I said no thank you. Everyone on our drive used Waste Management used them. One less truck running down the street would be good. Tried again. Cold, indifferent. Service stopped, no call no email. Some one there with major attitude.
I never right reviews but for a year this company has failed to correct my credit card information. So ever 3 months I call. I asked why this is going through they told me my card. So I read them the numbers they didn't have the right numbers. After we fixed that still would get denial letters which my credit card carries zero balance. I ask them to run the card it gets declined so we go over the number and I ask them to run it again and it's a miracle it works. So I ask for them to make sure to pick up my garbage this week and they tell me I will have to pay a fee of 15 dollars. Are u kidding me there's nothing wrong with the card it either your system or again you input the wrong card numbers. So I tell hell it's not me its you and she tells me that I have a bad attitude and hangs up on me. She's the only manager other than the owner and I called him 6 days ago and left a message and he hasn't returned my call. Something isn't right with this garbage company. So whoever gave them 5 stars your lucky. The owner isn't a his business at 10am on a Tuesday thats just sad. Good luck choice one you need it.
This place is so bad they had to change there name. They treat there customer like you are wrong when there can't even take down your credit card right. The owner doesn't return calls and the staff blames you because there credit card machine only works sometimes and wants to change u a fee. I would rather pay more than deal with unfriendly staff who before a holiday wants to change me 15 dollars to get my garbage picked up because month after month you enter my card wrong. When one minute it declines and we review the card and next time it works it's not me it you. I would think a simple call to the drive wouldn't cost an extra 15 dollars for your mistake
I don't write reviews too often, but I figured I would for these guys. Their prices are competitive and I like how you can set it up where they charge your credit card every three months. Not only is it convenient, it's great that I don't have to think about it or waste a stamp. Additionally, I'm able to get points on my credit card. They always pick up everything; even if I have a lot of recycling, they never give me grief about having too many boxes out there. A+!
Signed up for service end of July. As of last week, 3 out of 5 weeks, our recyclables weren't picked up. We have called and filed complaints. Each time, the driver says the recycle bin was not out. That is not true, we put it out with the trash bin every week. Called today to cancel and asked for refund for remaining 2 months of service we would not receive. They told us the company policy was for NO REFUNDS. That's illegal. I filed a charge back on my debit card and will be filing a complaint with the town and Better Business Bureau. There are better companies out there. DO NOT use them.
