One of the drivers from this company hit my car when he ran a red light. I wouldn't feel comfortable riding with someone who would run a red light. They have been avoiding my calls on the issue and have refused to accept responsibility for the inconvenience they caused me and damage they caused to my car that resulted in a total loss. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
They forgot my 86 year old father at dialysis several times! When called they say they are on their way, don't show up and stop answering the phone!
Again, if I could also rate this company with negatives, I would. Extremely disrespectful, always late and zero assistance. Just had the unfortunate situation of a customer service representative cancelling my taxi after over 1 hour delay.
They have failed to even show up for any of my roommate's scheduled pick ups even though he called days in advance. Making him late for medical appointments. Kys and close down please so someone else can open a good cab service.
If I could rate this company with a negative number, I would. The school used this company to transport my disabled child. I was suspecting that there was something not quite right so I put a gps tracker in my child's book bag. I found out that the driver was was driving to extra places and stopping and visiting with people with my child in the card. Then in order to make up for the lost time, the driver was speeding to the destination. When I confronted the owner with this, he denied it.
The driver was polite and accommodating, and the taxi itself was surprisingly clean and smelled really nice. They definitely put a lot of effort into making sure passengers are comfortable. I'll definitely be using this service again. It was actually cheaper than Lyft and Uber in my area as well.

I waited for a half an hour in freezing temperatures for a cab. When I called to complain I was told it would "arrive soon". In the time it took for the cab to arrive, I had already called another cab company and arrived at the airport (for a cheaper price I might add) and then and only then did the driver call to ask where I was. They were a total of about 45 minutes late. There was zero communication between myself and the company. I nearly missed my flight because of their poor service. I'm currently waiting on a refund. There have been many complaints similar to mine that I unfortunately found too late. DO NOT DEAL WITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
