Customer service is terrible! They are so nasty when you call here. I just cancelled my service. I'm not paying $340 a year to deal with that.

Go to Al's Maintenance. They are very pleasant and much cheaper.

This disposal co is the worst business I ever had to deal with. They are rudest people. Rachel the office manager is the most insulting and sarcastic lady that I have ever talked to if you want to call her a lady? The service is very bad. They skip your pick up and when you call the office Rachel always try to say it is your fault and does not even let you talk. She should not be dealing with people. She has a very poor personality she even uses vulgar language on the phone. There are a lot of better disposal co out there.

This is beyond the worst Disposal Co. The service is very bad they skip your pick up and when you call the office the office manager Rachel is so rude and sarcastic she always blames the customer and does not even let you talk. She will not let you talk to a person of higher authority she hangs up on you.

There price is a little cheaper but you get what you pay for it is not Waste Management they treat there customers with respect Rachel has the worst personality dealing with people that I have ever seen. The only reason I give this a 1 star is you have to mark something to bad there is not a minus they deserve that.

Young blood or choice one

This place is so bad they had to change there name. They treat there customer like you are wrong when there can't even take down your credit card right. The owner doesn't return calls and the staff blames you because there credit card machine only works sometimes and wants to change u a fee. I would rather pay more than deal with unfriendly staff who before a holiday wants to change me 15 dollars to get my garbage picked up because month after month you enter my card wrong. When one minute it declines and we review the card and next time it works it's not me it you. I would think a simple call to the drive wouldn't cost an extra 15 dollars for your mistake



They Do Not Value Their Customer

The customer service representative acted like an ignoramus. My online payment didn't go though (still not sure why) and I didn't know until my service was stopped for two weeks and I had to called them. I was called rude several times and told the payment issue was not their fault. I was told I would be charged for the two weeks they didn't come if I wanted to resume my service. I tried explaining that there has been some kind of mistake, I've been paying my bills online for years and have never had one issue. She said an email was sent regarding the issue, but I never received one. My husband and I have a trash compactor and put out one bag of garbage a week. Like picking up three bags on their next trip is going to be an inconvenience. They'd rather lose a customer than waive the two weeks payment for NO SERVICE. Bye-bye Youngblood, cancelled!

Substandard customer service

They should start by discarding their own customer service department. If I pay for service (per contract) I expect my service upheld. If you don't come for weeks, I am not paying you for those weeks. I don't need some unqualified customer service grunt to tell me how I am wrong. I've already mass emailed our local community about your business strategy. As they say you get what you pay for. Cheaper cost=not worth the uneducated, unprofessional customer service. Pay the extra 50 a year and go with a regular company. Reeducate your customer service people or you will soon be out of business. You're fired!!!!

Very poor customer service

called today with a simple complaint- my recycle bins have disappeared... person I spoke to wouldn't even listen to me- but came up with the most outrageous explaination that the WIND blew my two recycle bins away... and better yet when I told her that was not possible, she then said your neighbors may have taken them ... She did not even ask my account number or address or offer in any way to help and then said there is a charge to replace the bins!!! How outrageous is that - and then claims she is the supervisor and there isn't anyone else there to talk to. And... If you persist- she gets irate... How said is that for customer service... wait... how sad is that for the customer service MANAGER.... Please- if you do not have a serivce- do not use this company

Bad Customer Service

Our bill go to them2 days late. They suspended service for 1 pickup (until the payment reached them). I called and said that if they are suspending service AND then they received full payment, they then owe us a refund for the pickup we never received (but paid for). Several phone calls later and requests to speak to a manager have been unanswered. They have stolen our money.




The customer service in the office particularly Rachel is just horrendous. She is very rude and not knowledgeable about the waste business. They have a habit of skipping recycling just about every week. Their trucks are filthy and falling apart. Low rates do not compensate for the lack of good service.

Not Impressed

It's no wonder I'm not a customer of this company, and I would never recommend them. Their workers are rude and unprofessional. The truck that drives down my street makes it impossible on purpose to not let cars pass by. I was stuck waiting for them to move out of the way for over 5 minutes. They kept moving the truck from one side of the road to the other making it impossible to pass by them. They slowly work and laugh as you sit there waiting. Many people on my street have complained.
