Provided by Doctor.comI initially saw Dr. Raetz after hours for a broken front tooth. He was able to access the situation- it was pretty bad. He was able to make me a crown in the office while I was there and NO PAIN. I have since then brought my four children in and they all love it there as well. I am so happy to have been able to find a great dentist for our entire family.
Dr. Randy is amazing. I could not be happier with all he has done for my teeth over the years. I am very pleased overall.
Without a doubt, Dr. Randy G. Raetz and his staff have provided me the most professional, warm, friendly "dental home".
I have been a patient of Dr. Raetz for years and I love going there. The staff is fantastic as well, especially the hygienists. You will not be disappointed if you go here!

My dentist visits are always the best at Dr. Randy Raetz. He is so professional and caring. I feel comfortable in his care, and completely trust him with the health of his teeth.
Randy and his staff are always friendly and courteous. It really is a pleasant experience.
Randy G. Raetz's office comes highly recommended. I am so happy that I am a patient at his office. Not only is he friendly and warm, but his staff truly cares about their patients.
The staff at Dr. Raetz are just so friendly. They are all very courteous and provide outstanding customer service. I really like going there because they will accommodate you easily without any problems.

Dr. Randy and his staff are the best. You never have to wait long to see him. it's so easy to call and make an appointment immediately. And once you do get to his office, within minutes you are in and out of the chair. Great service always.

I've been so happy with my experience with this great group of people. I've always been extremely afraid of the dentist and they really go out of their way to keep my visits stress and pain free.
Best in Rochester. I've been a patient for a very long time and it makes me feel like I'm a friend when I come in!
