Pop-A-Lock

Tim came out and made a new key for me. The customer service was amazing and he went above and beyond what he had to do. I would recommend this to anybody that needs to get a new key for their car.

These guys are amazing! Tyler and Beth came to our new house at the end of the day and stayed far past normal business hours to be sure the job got done. The locks that were already on our doors had been installed very poorly, and they did extra work to fix the problems and didn't charge us any more. They even had recommendations for security systems and other safety measures! Everyone in Rochester should use Pop-A-Lock!

These guys are the best! Tim came out to my house, and he cut and programmed 2 keys for my f150 that the dealer said couldn't be made. He also cut a key for my fiance's car on the spot without any appointment or anything. And it was way, way cheaper than the dealer! I will refer all of my friends and family! You guys rock!

I lost my keys and did not have a spare. I called them and my service tech Tyler was really helpful. They programmed my transponder key and cut it at the scene. I was surprised by his efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone with any issues.

I locked my keys inside my car this morning by accident and gave Pop-a-Lock a call. Their time estimate was very accurate and I was surprised my locksmith was able to reach me within 25 minutes because of the hazardous driving conditions due to snow. My locksmith got into my car very easily and was very courteous. I was pleased by how timely and efficient their service was. I will definitely call them again if I ever have key trouble.
