        Patriot, with Duryea Masonry, rebuilt ENTIRELY a large portion of my basement walls. I had noticed several places with blocks out of line and getting worse, approaching structural danger. We suspect the shoddy job by a basement "Waterproofing" firm, as the major cause. Nearly a month of winter workdays began around 8am or even earlier. EVERYONE working in concert to replace about ONE-THIRD of my home's foundation was WONDERFUL!

        Project Manager, Glen Stevens, and Kip Finley of Victory Hill Land Company, clearly explained EVERYthing to me, from the start. A sizeable team cooperated: engineers, inspectors, plumbers, the masonry crew and a few RG & E workers. PLUS, the operator of a not-GREEN John Deere backhoe, on treads. (It beeped when moving in ANY direction.) My neighbor's young sons thoroughly enjoyed the show. So did I.

        The sheer numbers of people, machines, vehicles and the amount of materials required, approached cacaphonous bedlam. However, the work was skillfully planned and executed. I was beyond happy to be allowed to safely remain in the house, WHILE that large corner was strategically supported. Merely used another generous neighbor's guest room, when the water needed to be off a few days.

        Greg from Scottsville's Excellent Air suggested I hire Patriot. My late husband and I had used and trusted Greg's firm for several homes over 12-15 years. I am glad to pay that recommendation forward. Furthermore, I heartily agree with the Better Business Bureau's A+ rating for Patriot.

        I was extremely pleased that such a major project was finished in time for this NaNa to make a long-planned and Covid-delayed drive from Rochester to Albany for my older Grandson's March birthday.

        Workers refilled the chasm, removed ALL the waste materials. Some of my own unusable junk, not at all related to the foundation job was carted away, along with the project's debris. I returned from errands to a clean and EMPTY front yard and basement . My large horseshoe driveway completely power-washed of its accumulated MUD, too!
