30 minutes to prepare greens and beans to go a bowl greens and beans are already done so are you have to do is pack him I will not be back here too slow

First of all, we went to this restaurant because we had received a gift card and becase the restaurant came highly recommended to us from friends and family. Walked in expecting a welcoming atmosphere and good food. When we first walked in to ask for a table for 3 the nasty woman at the front desk immediately jumped down our throats and asked us what time our reservation was for. When we said we didn't have one and that we would like a table for three, she said she wouldn't be able to seat us without one. We said we were wiling to wait and the wait time ended up being shorter than anticipated. After the 50 minute wait (even though tables were empty) we were seated. Christina, our waitress, had to be one of the rudest waitresses we've ever had. We were seated and ignored for 30 minites before taking our orders and waited another 70 minutes for our food. At this point the restaurant was half empty and it was close to closing and we were rushed to finish our meals. When we asked to order dessert to go she laughed in our faces when we ordered more desserts than there were people. The food was okay (nothing special) but because of the shitty service I will never go back.

Walked in and was greeted by a nasty old woman. She asked me if I had reservations in a rude tone. I said yes. I was told that I need then when I called for hours. She told me I was lucky because I would not have been able to eat here without them. WOW. The I was seated and had to deal with a waitress with an attitude. The food was just ok. I will not be back

Customer service is terrible. Nasty miserable hostess/greeter. We were asked do you have a reservation at 4:30PM ??? Just when the doors opened. No we said. She said then we can not accommodate you. Not a way to run a business. I do have many choices of restaurants and do not have to be treated this poorly. So my family went to another restaurant where they wanted our business.

Used to be a good place to eat with good food, and not too long of a wait. Now you have to make reservations even if you get there early. It took forever to get through their phone line. The tables are so crammed. The last three times I have come here, I have been bitterly disappointed, well no more!!! I work too hard for my money, and my wife and I used to love the food here, and it is so lackluster in flavor. Our waitresses completely ignored us, and to get a glass of wine with dinner is a joke! Even the Hostess had an attitude. This place has turned into a joke! Don't waste your time!!!!!

Never mind the food beware of the nasty old fart hostess that is rude and will run you out the door. This is how to run a good business with great food food into the ground. No I do not have a reservation but you have lots of open tables so you tell me you are full? Then you tell me If I sit down I will have to be out by 5:45PM. F U Lady.

Pit bull hostess needs some customer service training and people skills. Called several times for reservations and was told no spaces open for the night in a rude tone. Went there and was told no seats and was shown the reservation list. Half the tables were open. Told some friends who all had the same experience with this Rude old Hostess and walked out. I have told friends do not bother going there. Not worth the aggravation.

I have grown up on Italian food all of my 6 plus decades and I can honestly say that Papa Joe's is right up there with Grandma's home cooking. The food was plentiful, just like a Sunday afternoon, gathered around Grandpa's and Grandma's formal dinning room table. Grandpa use to say if you leave the table hungry, it is your own fault. I didn't leave Papa Joe's table hungry. As a matter of fact, the full portion provided enough leftovers for two more meals!!! It would have put a great big smile on Grandpa's face. Papa Joe's is now one of our favorites and we will definitely be returning for another large portion of something that we know will make us groan with culinary pleasure. Along with the great food, the service was exemplary. Our greeter and server made us feel like one of the family. Thank you for a delightful experience and thank you for stirring up fond memories of times gone by.

When ordering take-out the pickup time can be anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hours, depending when you call. They take 5 orders per 1/2 hour.Their food is exceptional, if you are hungry call right when they open so your wait is only 1/2 hour.
