couple times i ordered from them i had decent food but the last time i ordered from them - i found a strip of metal in my egg roll when i called to complain the woman on the phone got smart and rude with me then hung up the phone. i called again this time to speak to the manager-i told him that i wanted a refund-he told me that he would not give me a refund-from that i never ordered from them again. their customer service is horrible.
The people who took the orders you really couldn't understand a word they said and not just that the service was terrible and the delivery boy was slow and stupid. Then I called back because they forgot half of my order and the person said they were on their way back too my house and after 35 minutes of waiting i called back too see if they were still coming and that's when the manager got on the phone and you could barley hear what he was saying all you could hear was loud screaming then he told me i didn't order what i did and the 1st person who took my order told me it was included while the manage argued with me the whole time saying that i didn't order that and he took 40$ after the bill was only 33.35 which the manager then corrected me telling me it was only 29.46 it was completely dis functional and they need too get their attitudes in line because the customer is always right and these people need too go back to where they came from because they were stupid nimrods never in my life will i order from that place again i will rather eat roadkill or get attacked by a bear and die a slow painful death than eat there food beware for stupidly loud banging and yelling and horrible service. I wouldn't have given it any star but i had too.

Although the food we have had is decent, trying to order over the phone is a nightmare, I really wish they woukd have have an english speaking person receiving calls. Not only was the person carrying on a conversation in chinese whike I was trying to order, after repeating the order twice they still only sent half what was ordered. When my wife called to complain the woman was shouting something in chinese to someone else, told us the rest of the food would be delived shortly, and never sent the food out. We had to make do with what we had, half the food and cereal. Apparently they don't care about customer service or repeat business. I would very strongly never reccomend this place for any kind of take out

I WENT TO THIS REST. & THEIR CRAB RANGOON HAD NO CRAB, IMITATION OR OTHERWISE. WHEN I WENT BACK TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT & THOUGHT I SHOULD GET A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT THE LADY SCREAMED AT ME- ""I BEEN IN BUSINESS AND NO CARE YOU COME BACK OR NOT"" . WHEN I ADDRESSED HER ATTITUDE SHE STARTED SCREAMING TO THE MAN THERE AND REPEATED IT AGAIN !
