I DO NOT recommend. I was treated with very poorly by the business manager, one of the owners. As I tried to send a written letter of complaint to the 2 other principles as to why they were losing my business, I was told to send it to the general mailbox and it would be distributed to them. As policy, I was told, they will not give out any names, therefore there was no way to send communication to them directly. With policies like this, it's no wonder I had a very negative experience.

My goodness, just awful staff. They make endless mistakes, and don't attempt to compensate clients for their errors. Fortunately, my insurance allows me to visit any dentist. Twice this year, they screwed up my appointment date, and I visited their office to waste my time. The second time, I did become a bit vulgar with those women, they had it coming. Again, the hygienist was great, the dentist was okay, but the front office staff was the worst.

They missed two cavities, over charged me for a cavity they filled three times more than other charging, They took 2-3 x-rays and in two different occasions and they said it is OK but now my tooth broke because it had cavity underneath. How these stupid Fraud doctors there after charging arm and leg missed it? Because they don't know how to practice. Who gave them license to practice? I think they stole them.
They missed a cavity from sensitive tooth. How stupid.

Take quotes for additional work with a large grain of salt. They bring you in with a cheap cleaning rates by students (which is fine). Fee for additional work will be quoted with low rates, but the final bill you receive will be significantly higher than you expect.

My grandson had a filling done that came out a few times. When it came out AGAIN in less than 2 years, they wanted to charge full price AGAIN for doing it over!
Not to mention I was on hold for almost 10 minutes.
My advice- don't waste you time with Q Dental find a private dentist that will actually care about the work they do, and has a more polite staff!!
