Above and beyond customer service. With a purchase of my families Grand Caravan there was exceptional consideration given through the whole process. Every member of the Cortese family worked hard to reach a solid deal for us. Even after the sale was complete, I had a concern and John Cortese took the time personally address my concerns which was appreciated. Overall the environment was excellent(make sure you schedule an appointment), the tour of the service area and lounge revealed a comfortable future transactions, the staff was friendly and fair. They are definately doing some things right here. If you do your prep and know what a fair deal would be, I am sure Cortese can make it happen for you, and I witnessed first hand that they care about every customer and deal they make.

Was able to service vehicle without an appointment. Had a nail in tire and didn't want to chance not having it fixed. Performed NYS Inspection, a recall notice, and oil change also. Bob has assisted us in the past with very courteous service. Would reccommend service here.

Byron and ANNA have gone over the top to insure a very pleasent sale on our new Outlander Sport;and we are looking forward to three more trouble free years. Note-that day I lost my 1000.00 pair of glasess somewhere and as a last resort after searching the whole house I called Byron and asked him to check our old car we traded in and low&behold they were UNDER THE CARPET in the back seat!!! this turned it from a good deal to a GREAT SALE!!dont ask me how they got there?-thank you Cortese Auto Group

The total car buying experience was a pleasurable one for me. Every attempt at getting me the right vehicle for the right price was made by everyone I had contact with starting from Jason Miller at the internet desk, to the salesman Tom Ciavarri, to the sales manager Ron Fredericks. Jason handled my questions and my emails in a prompt manner without pressure, even went out of his way to answer questions for me beyond his scope. Tom Ciavarri was great to work with. Pleasant and knowledgeable, I could tell he was very interested in getting me the right vehicle to meet my needs and was in my corner in getting me the right price. The back-and-forth was kept to an absolute minimum, I liked that, I dealt almost exclusively with Tom. I had shopped around a couple of other dealers for a similar vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the final offer I received from the sales manager Ron Fredericks, I got a truck with more options at a better price than the other guys, I was truly blown away, I could not pass it up, I bought from Cortese. Thank you Jason, Tom, and Ron.

I will be buying again

i was referred to cortese through a friend. I found my experience real easy. I spoke to the manager who listened to what I was looking for and what I needed as a husband and a dad of a growing family– then I was given a buying consultant who took that information and found me the perfect minivan. It was perfect! I got probably too much for my trade in considering the shape it was in…and I didn’t even test drive my new car…I just bought it…no joke…and I have been happy ever sense and have no regrets. When I took it back for my first check up for an inspection they threw in a free oil change…made me feel great. I will be buying again. And I like the fact that every now and then I just check back in on their website and see what they have….i don’t need to go anywhere. Thanks to everyone at cortese. I will be buying again…thanks

I decided to wait until next year before even considering another new car, especially since last week I spent over $500 on brakes and rotors on my car at your service department. I will say that the repair work was done quickly and competently, and that the driver of your courtesy van was quite personable, and extraordinarilly prompt when picking me up at my offie in Rochester. Thank you for standing behind the car you sold me

I just picked up my car from the service department. I dont know if you got a staus on it or not but it turned out that when the tech was inspecting it he noticed the steering rack was leaking. tim for service called to let me know and pointed out that he was surprised that the ship that found the bad tie rod hadn't spotted this as well. Had I just bit the bullet and had the tie rod replaced at the original shop the rack would still be in my car and could easily have been the reason to fail its next inspection. As it all worked out I'm glad I contacted you about the original issue. The service department replaced all the parts under warranty which is great. I want to thank you for going top bat for me at a time when Im sure every dealer is looking to cute any spending they can. Please thank John Cortese for me as I realize it was his decision to take car of this for me, and please remember to thank the guys in your service department as they've helped me avoid another issue with my care. The people of Cortese handled this situation in a thoughtful, considerate and professional manner. You people have been responsible for maintaining a relationship with a loyal Dodge customer and most certainly someone who will remain a loyal Cortese customer.
