        Acupuncture helped my low back pain

        I have L5 disk protrusion that has caused me continuous pain for a long time. My first acupuncture visit was to ACTCM for my low back. It was incredible. Lew LoQuasto- the owner of ACTCM worked on my back for 7 treatment sessions and I have been pain free for 3 months now. I am so very happy to have tried the impossible and found out that this really works. I was a real skeptic, but no more. Thanks Lew! I will continue with acupuncture if my back starts hurting again...but so far so good! I love to work out and be active and now I can be once again.
