These people may be awesome at fixing cars; I have no knowledge of that. But in terms of detailing...STAY AWAY.Had a Groupon - $80 basic detail for $40 - I just wanted a good wax on my car.When I dropped the car off I asked about how long it would take and the receptionist asked someone else and the response was "is this a Groupon or paid out-of-pocket detail?" I paid for an $80 detail, so I should get an $80 detail regardless if it was a Groupon or not.Long story short, when I picked up my truck they had some how scratched the ENTIRE exterior of my car! They had some how put black "streaks" on my exterior that seemed to be under the newly applied wax. There was a huge scratch across my back bumper that caused the bumper to be marred with permanent marking. The owner came out to look at the truck with me and basically called me a liar and said I was just trying to get him to paint my entire car for free. I said all I wanted was my car to be cleaner than I had left it. He said they didn't do that to my truck and that it was there when I brought it in. NEVER did he ask the guys who worked on my car and how would he know since he did not see my car before or during since he clearly did not work on my truck. So basically, after calling me a liar for 10 minutes he says to bring the car back and they will buff out all the spots. I brought it back the following week and when I picked it up it was better but I still have a ton a new scratched and knicks all over my truck and all the original scratches they put in my car that he refused to do anything about. Not to mention that my $80 detailing was awful. There a paperclip in plain site in the middle floor of the backseat - which should have been vacuumed, there was dust all over my dash as if they did not even clean it, and the streaks on my windshield were award winning.I paid them $40 to jack up my truck. BEWARE!!!
Honest, reliable and fast service. Friendly atmosphere. They are very accommodating. I will always use this garage for my car repairs.
The pain job is great, but there were still gab between plastic panels inside the car. Plus, they screw up the door remote control, and I have to lock the car manually (the system worked well when I left the car at the collision shop). They said it was not from their part. One break light does not work at all. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.
What I enjoy the most about Elmgrove is that when you call for an appointment, they usually can take you right away and get the car back in the same day
I take my vehicles to Austin-Spencer Collision Repair Center because I know that all the repair I asked for will be taken care of and that my car will be done on time.
My husband purchased a gift certificate for a remote starter from Tim's Trim as a Christmas gift. That in itself is a plus as he is very discerning when looking for car services. The guys at Tim's could not have been more pleasant. They kept to the schedule they told us. When we picked up my car, they were very patient in explaining how it all worked as I hadn't had a remote starter before. Tim's Trim will definitely be our first choice for future car needs.

Focus is great, the dealership is fantastic. I thought they were very knowledgeable and provided great service. I never expected to trade my car out, but he was awesome help and I feel so much better about it.
