The waiter couldn't seem to understand what the word HOT means. Sent the food back 4 times and it came back luke warm at best. Food was mediocre service was lack luster. Bathrooms almost nonexistent. If you can go anywhere else, I would recommend doing just that! Used to be good I guess they don't feel the need to try to earn the business by having attentive and effective wait staff.

Excellent! Priced right. Owner is real friendly and is glad to have you there. This place has that correct Mexican taste. I've been to the southwest and south of the border. It has that authentic taste period. Carmelo, the owner (whom I just met tonight) has brought his grandmothers recipes up directly from Mexico. This is a quaint, clean authentic Mexican food restaurant. Spread the word because this sole proprietor is struggling with all the expenses of opening a new business and Henrietta is putting its usual zoning laws into practice not letting him put a big enough sign out by the road. Id really like to see this guy succeed. He is thinking of doing an express lunch menu soon. Go try it for yourself you will see what I mean. Spread the word we finally have a great Mexican place in Henrietta.

Hot Rositas is absolutely delicious. The food and service are equally amazing. The workers there are super friendly and the food is outstanding. I usually have a hard time deciding between the chicken or shredded meat burrito, but you really can't go wrong with anything you order. I definitely recommend this place.
