Christine was beyond helpful, and her assistant was truly funny and kind. She kept me updated the entire time, worked so hard to get my parts covered by apple, and is really well priced for the great work she does. She worked way faster than I had expected too and when she found my battery was failing tests, I planned to save up to take it back in to her to buy a new battery. Come time to pick up my computer, I find out she not only replaced it, but had it covered so I didn't have to buy it. I'm blown away, and will always bring future trouble to her.

I brought my laptop in on a Monday because it was running abysmally slow, more than 60 seconds to open a webpage. I signed the form and paid just over $200. The man who helped me said they would call me when my laptop was ready, and the form I was given said normal turnaround was 3-5 days. I hoped to have my laptop by the weekend. The next Thursday (9 business days later) I had yet to get a call and I was in the area so I stopped by to check how things were going. My laptop was done and returned to me with very little conversation. When I got home I found that Avast Antivirus had been installed, as specified on the form, but also installed were things I've never heard of that Computer Doctor never explained to me, namely Libre Office 4.4 and nyala.ttf. I opened the internet to have fun with my newly fast laptop only to find that the problem still persisted. It seems to me that I paid $200 for free antivirus software and waited 11 days for what would have taken less than one. UPDATED FROM 1 STAR TO 3 STARS They're not terrible at their jobs, just communication. After another approx 10 day stay, I was informed that my laptop was ready for pickup. While there the worker explained to me that the reason pages were loading so slowly was my custom homepage, and the long response time was because they couldn't leave messages on my phone, something I had neglected to inform them of (but that they had never asked about, even when I picked my laptop up the first time). If I had been told when I picked my laptop up the first time that it was still slow, and the reason why, I would likely have little problem with their service, only the charge. However, I was simply told that my laptop was done and it was returned to me with no conversation as to what was wrong and what had been done to correct it. As it stands, I was without my laptop for more than 20 days, lost $200, and gained little more than a free antivirus for my troubles. PS- The worker told me he only uses Internet Explorer and repinned it to my taskbar, right next to my browser of choice, Chrome.
