I purchased new kitchen cupboards and appliances from Lowe's just over one year ago. I bought a Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel refrigerator in November 2015 and I have had problems with the ice maker since March of 2016. After numerous telephone calls and service appointments we have gotten no results except the recommendation to shut down our refrigerator and freezer for 24 hours to thaw it out. Serviceman said " the ice maker should be in the freezer not the refrigerator". I feel we have gotten the run around and no real answers therefore our rating is a very disappointed 1 star.
Purchased a Toro self propell lawnmower 350.00 No employees to help load on a cart. Finally someone showed up. At checkout I asked for help to lift in cart they said they would get someone. NO ONE came to assist. Had to put in my vehicle alone.i now understand why they get 2 stars. Should have gone to Greece. Higher rating.
