I first contacted Quality Kitchens in April while getting counter-top estimates. Joe, quickly got back to me, discussed my needs &wants and presented an estimate the next day. After weeding through 5 estimates, Quality Kitchens was comparable with 2 others, but Joe's professionalism, knowledge and friendliness won me over.Joe was very informative and patient while I began the process to pick out a pattern. He encouraged me to order many different types of samples and to give it some time to decide on which one to pick. He explained the many different types of materials and gave his personal/professional opinion when asked. As I went back and forth several times with material/pattern, he continued to be patient and urged me to take all the time I needed as I needed to be happy with my decision.Once my decision was made, the rest of the process was very easy. Joe worked around my schedule to come out and take measurements and I was able to pick my installation date. I was elated when my counter-tops arrived and installation went seamlessly quick and easy. Joe's knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made the whole process enjoyable and stress free.I would highly recommend Quality Kitchens as you will not be disappointed with the craftsmanship nor the personal attention to detail Joe gives from first contact through installation!

I can't say enough good things about Joe and Quality Kitchens. We recently upgraded our kitchen countertops with Quartz/Cambria. Joe @ Quality Kitchens and Premier Surfaces: 1) Were prompt and thorough. If they made an appointment they were on time, everytime 2) Provided great craftsmanship and consultation throughout the process. 3) Had great pricing for Cambria, which is typically the most expensive surface (but the most durable). Premier offered a great experience at their showroom where we picked out the perfect counters to match our taste. I highly recommend Joe and Quality Kitchens and his partner at Premier Surfaces. Other contractors should take lessons from Joe - that is how a contractor should run their business. I used to be a contractor so I'm speaking from experience. Great job, Joe!This is coming from very fussy homeowners. ~ Rolin Peets
Do not trust this contractor. James V.is the owner of this company. He does not care about home owner's interest. He does not even bother to fix his mess nor pay his workers property. He makes his worker come to the owner for what he owes to his worker even after he gets paid. He will deceive you with lots of pictures. Do not believe him. Only thing he is good at is begging and screaming at the customer for money. I made a mistake paying him almost 95% even before completing his work because he said he is short on cash and dint get paid from other customers, etc. Then he doesn't finish work but demad for payment saying he is going to put the lien on my house. How amazing contractor is he!!! No wonder why he does not get paid by his customers. It is your choice but either dont hire him nor pay him until the work is compelete to your satisfaction. Dont get tricked by all the pictures he shows you.
Problems don’t get resolved and takes many phone calls / texts before getting replies. Waiting for calls back from Michael has delayed things by months. An incomplete kitchen delayed our moving into the house (8 months from initial deposit to kitchen ‘done’, but never done). When we moved into the house, a couple of parts were missing. Dell’s knew this and was supposed to contact us when parts came in. They never did. After a couple months I contacted them, but it still took many phone calls and 4 months just to get those fixed. As things currently stand, there is still a wheelchair setback problem in the kitchen (2 YEARS after project start) which Michael is not fixing, even though it was caused by his not following specifications we gave to him. Please note, that if no problems come up, Dell’s would rate a 5. Michael Delvecchio is excellent with his design work, and the installer I had (Terry) was second to none. We are also a repeat customer for Dell’s.
The funeral director really understood my family needs. They truly know how to treat people. Thank you for everything you have done.
