I am trying to call about my supplies and my bill, but no one answers the phone, like I am supposed sit with my phone all day on hold. but they always call you when they want you to order something from them. That's terrible and very disrespectful to your customers. You can't tell me that this place is that busy that everytime I call I have to hang up before they answer.

I was trying to get cpap supplies for a month. After supplying all paperwork requested, I was never contacted by the accounts manager. I should have went with my gut when I first walked into the office area. It looked very messy. While talking to the person at the desk, she informed me that I did not have all that was required. I stated that a phone call to me would have settled the issue. She had no answer. I took my business to another supplier and the process took one week.
Worst company ever! Dealing with 3 reps and still no answers on where my wheelchair is!! Very frustrating!!!
My friend uses a wheelchair. Her chair had a minor repair done by Fonts Surgical. After the repair was made, the mechanics on her chair took a turn for the worse. She called them a month ago to schedule a repair. Nobody contacted her back for a month! Meanwhile her chair is getting worse. Her chair got so bad that she can't even leave her house. She can't get to work, and she needs someone with her constantly to make sure that she doesn't get stuck just going across a room. If I had the option to rate this company with zero stars, I would've. She lost her independence for a while because they took their time to call her back!
I was trying to get oxygen for my mother ,from the time they received the script,Mon. at 2.30. I didn,t get answers until Thur.at 2:30 from the area manager.When I told him the unprofessional and rude experience I got from his employee,his answer was she was new and I never even got an apology for her rudeness and my complaint went all the way to the Vice President of the company! If you need supplies for a loved one my suggestion is do not do business with Lincare of Rochester! Tom Shofkom
Yesterday July 7 2015 my daughter had a delivery to her new address, she has had lincare for 3 yrs @ her old address, the new driver was very disrep to her & made her put her tanks in car by herself, she is still able to drive so she keeps a few in car, he also told her she didn't need so many tank, to stay home more.. I think any person dealing w/ handic people should be fired or at least wrote up for this
