My trainer is definitely amazing. I can tell that he is knowledgeable at what he does and I will highly recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB! They overcharge you, they do all to get you a member and it is a hell to get out! This club has the worst customer service they do everything until you become a member and then forgot about you! I had a 1-year membership, 2 days before the end of my membership I went to the club and told them I do not want to continue my membership. The person in the front desk told me "Yes Madam, we will take care of this for you. Thanks for your membership." Then, 2 months down the road I realize that I was still being charged by this club. I call the club and tell them that I did not want to continue my membership and my membership ended 2 months ago. They say that my membership went to a month-to-month and I had to give a written notice for cancellation and they cannot do a refund. They fooled me and rejected giving me a refund and they kept telling that the front desk person should not have told you that and yet although it is their mistake I was supposed read the agreement I signed a year ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! I DO NOT SUGGEST MEMBERSHIP HERE! Go to Planet Fitness much much much better! DO NOT BE FOOLED! THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE! THE LOCATION IS ROCHESTER PITTSFORD.Check out the other reviews, Kelly "the Manager" of the club listens up what the rude membership person Michelle decides, on the cancellations. Too many meat heads. Staff is mean. They stole $20 for me, after I announced I was cancelling my membership, in order to lock in the low monthly fee for the following year. Yes - they charged me $20 for the honor of having a low monthly fee for a year in which I was NOT a member. Still makes no sense. And the staff wouldn't forward me to management. Instead someone hung up the phone on me. Awful. Oh. And it is disgustingly filthy. You couldn't pay me enough to shower there. It's so dirty.

When I signed the contract, I was informed if I have any kind of medical/ injury issue, or financial issue I can cancel my training and gym membership. After my last training session I got a very bad back injury that I could not even sit on a chair. Since we were new to the town I had to wait for a doctor to see me. One doctor saw me and asked me to stop training I asked her for a note. With the note I asked LA fitness to cancel my membership. I asked for cancellation a month ago via email, fax and mail. after a week I received an email stating they cancelled my membership though not my training because I was not disabled. This is against what I was told at the time of signing the contract. Also with no membership in place, how would they expect me to use training sessions anyways?I replied and sent them Doctor's not again via mail and email. no reply yet after 16 days. However today they charged me another $160 for training.

A gym that smells good, has all equipment that you need, no waiting for anything and clean. I love this place.
I have been going to different gyms in the Rochester area for 45 years and this one is by far the cleanest. Everyone that works here is always cleaning, day and night. Even the general manager is cleaning and walking around talking to members. This is not something you generally see at gyms! I also like that it is not full of meat heads like some other places. It is nice and relaxed here. And I only pay $20 a and I can bring anyone I want with me. Cannot beat it.
