Great ambiance great service and great food a little bit pricey but it's worth it.
So disappointed. Super small portions of actual food, ie. Shrimp scampi was basically all (dry) angel hair. Seriously under seasoned. Breadsticks were obviously warmed too long. $65 that I am so sorry I spent at this restaurant. I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years and it will be YEARS before I ever go again. Sad. Hard earned money spent on very lazily made food.
the food was terrible, served cold, the sauce was cold , the best thing about it was when I left the place, also there is no entrance to this location from any main road u have to go thru a parking from some other business I mean it took us 10 minutes to find how to get into the place
First of all, we went to this restaurant because we had received a gift card and becase the restaurant came highly recommended to us from friends and family. Walked in expecting a welcoming atmosphere and good food. When we first walked in to ask for a table for 3 the nasty woman at the front desk immediately jumped down our throats and asked us what time our reservation was for. When we said we didn't have one and that we would like a table for three, she said she wouldn't be able to seat us without one. We said we were wiling to wait and the wait time ended up being shorter than anticipated. After the 50 minute wait (even though tables were empty) we were seated. Christina, our waitress, had to be one of the rudest waitresses we've ever had. We were seated and ignored for 30 minites before taking our orders and waited another 70 minutes for our food. At this point the restaurant was half empty and it was close to closing and we were rushed to finish our meals. When we asked to order dessert to go she laughed in our faces when we ordered more desserts than there were people. The food was okay (nothing special) but because of the shitty service I will never go back.
The food was below average. The restaurant is in a very bad area, prostitutes and drug addicts walking by in front of the entrance. After meeting the owner Joe, he seems to be the kind of man that fits right in such a sleazy area and restaurant. He is not a nice man, nor is it a good restaurant.
Walked in and was greeted by a nasty old woman. She asked me if I had reservations in a rude tone. I said yes. I was told that I need then when I called for hours. She told me I was lucky because I would not have been able to eat here without them. WOW. The I was seated and had to deal with a waitress with an attitude. The food was just ok. I will not be back
By far one of the greatest hidden gem, Italian restaurants in Rochester, NY. I try to go to Panzari's when ever I have friends from out of town. Honestly every dish is great. If you have not tried them, you are missing out~ Leith
Met up with equestrian friends here today for lunch. Our server was great. I like the call button for waiter located right on the table. The zuppa and the chicken dumpling soups I tried were delicious. Surprised at the price of coffee . Overall a relaxing atmosphere with good food and service
Customer service is terrible. Nasty miserable hostess/greeter. We were asked do you have a reservation at 4:30PM ??? Just when the doors opened. No we said. She said then we can not accommodate you. Not a way to run a business. I do have many choices of restaurants and do not have to be treated this poorly. So my family went to another restaurant where they wanted our business.
Used to be a good place to eat with good food, and not too long of a wait. Now you have to make reservations even if you get there early. It took forever to get through their phone line. The tables are so crammed. The last three times I have come here, I have been bitterly disappointed, well no more!!! I work too hard for my money, and my wife and I used to love the food here, and it is so lackluster in flavor. Our waitresses completely ignored us, and to get a glass of wine with dinner is a joke! Even the Hostess had an attitude. This place has turned into a joke! Don't waste your time!!!!!
