Terrible...Sales and testing great and people friendly...after service terrible...gave me a wrong prescription and they told me it was a little stronger just get used to it...I can'[t wear the glasses...
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A wide variety of frame styles and an optical lab with state-of-the-art digital lens technology. Rochester Optical helped me to find a pair of glasses (or contact lenses) to meet the needs of all my varied vision needs: work — both computer use and general use, racquetball, skiing, golf, as well as funky and stylish sunglasses.
The Ridge Road Rochester Optical is Rochester's largest collection of prescription sports eyewear. It also has a large selection of top designer frames. The Optometrist, Dr. Vadim Guy is certified by InfantSee, a nation-wide program to provide free vision screenings for infants. I purchased a pair of WileyX "Jake" sports protective glasses with digital lenses for racquetball. My game immediately improved. I highly recommend Rochester Optical for families and individuals, especially those who need eyewear for sports.
I've always had good experiences, but this one was the best! After my frames randomly broke, I emailed the office, and had a response within an hour (late at night). Within a week my frames had been replaced free of charge, even though the warrantee was expired - the manufacturer still took care of it. So glad they were recommended to me four years ago!!
The staff and doctors are remarkable, personable and caring. I have been to 4 different optometrists' offices in the Rochester areas over the last 10 years and Eye Appeal is by far the greatest. The doctors take the time to inform you about everything. Jaime was the one who tested my eyes and she had me try a variety of contact lenses until I was satisfied (I hadn't even considered changing lenses, but discovered a different lens was better and cheaper). She was truly invested in finding the best 'fit' for me. When it came time to order glasses, Mark informed me of all options and prices (with other offices they usually just suggest the highest-priced lenses without explanation) then took the time to meet with me to fit my glasses perfectly - Mark wouldn't let me leave until they were a perfect fit. I have never been treated so well by all members of a staff. I give Eye Appeal my highest recommendation.
The glasses that I bought from Executive Eyewear are the only pair of glasses that have worked for me. I have no problems seeing distance and reading with them. I have bought glasses from other places and they did not work. I could not read with them. I love my new glasses from Executive Eyewear!
