I would not look here for your used car purchase. This dealership leaves much to be desired in the way of ethics and legality. If I could give them less than a one star rating, I would. I purchased a truck from this dealer. Had I seen the previous review, and know the backstory on the owner and his father, I would have ran instead. I bought this truck on a Friday. It needed the instrument cluster to be rebuilt (simple fix). He agreed to have it done as quickly as possible, yet I had to call him everyday ( five days to be exact) to check to see if it was ready. I kept getting the same answer "I'm working on it". Finally, I said that I either need the vehicle or my money back. He informed me that the cluster is still being worked on, but can provide me a temporary cluster until the other one gets fixed. At that point, I had to agree because I had no way to get to my job. He then drove the vehicle out to me. I informed him that I was planning on getting this vehicle inspected by my mechanic and hoping that I shouldn't expect any surprises. My mechanic called me at my home to have me come in to show me what he found. The pics below are the condition of the frame, which was totally rotted out among other things. How it passed inspection like this, is a mystery to me. This condition poses a serious threat to the driver and passengers. Negligence and irresponsible. I immediately called the owner of Sedor Auto Sales and told him the condition of the vehicle. He was apologetic and claimed he wasn't aware of anything. Which is strange. Nevertheless, I demanded my money back. I went there today, without hesitation, I was given a full refund by the dealer. Thankfully, I didn't have to waste more time and drag these idiots to court however, I found out that he listed the vehicle for sale again on the same day that I brought it back knowing the unsafe condition it is in. The lesson here is always have your vehicles inspected by a professional mechanic whether its new or used. Know your dealer, do your research. Google is an amazing thing.
Only gave one because I had too. These people are scammers.Never buy a car from them and if you do immediately take it to someone to get it checked out. Customer service is the worst. Mike and David Jr are the worst people I have ever met in my life. Bought my car June 2, 2017 and my car been broke every 2 weeks. It finally went on Aug 28, 2017. Yes this year! As in not even a whole 6 months. They supposely fix it but show me or give me receipts. And by the way im still responsible for payments or I will have a repo watch out for these people
These guys sold me a luxury car for over 10 thousand dollars that had an oil leak. I know you're probably asking yourself how did I not catch that before I purchased the piece of crap but these guys are ripoff artist. They kept moving the car to different places so I could not detect the leak. After going back and forth with them and their fake mechanic I finally took them to court and won half of the money for my repair. Beware of these guys and don't fall victim
The customer service was absolutely the worst that any consumer could have dealt with. The salesman tried to strike fear upon me because I called him out for mistreating me since i was woman. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The car was junk!

Everything was pleasant. All the folks were courteous.My salesman Mr. Rainey was excellent as usual.
I came to the dealership because of Rick Crego and he put me in touch with Burt Lyons. Both of those guys are GREAT! They take pride in their work and are huge assets to your dealership. I also dealt with Steve for the financing and he was great too. We had an issue come up but Burt fixed things and all went well.
This is the 6th vehicle I have either purchased or leased over the years. the last 5 Wayne Rainer has been my sales reap, who is extremely knowledgeable on every car I have purchased from him. He is pleasant and honest as the day is long.When it comes to service of your vehicle, you find that you are well taken car of, not taken for a ride. The staff work hard to be sure you trust them, and not try to push you out the door.The Service Manager " John Dakin " I have known for about 35 years now. He goes all out to have the best service going of any dealership you can find in Rochester.
Wayne Rainey always treats me as family, been dealing with him fir the past 3 years and he makes you feel like you've known him your whole life. He is more then sales person, he is a public relations/showmanship/and Lincoln rep for Cortes.
