I am a health professional who has had the need to call this pharmacy on behalf of my patients on numerous occasions. Organization and expertise are not part of what they offer. Once I know that a patient is using them I get ready for problems. If a patient is very stable and smart they may get what they need but if they are slightly confused or not knowledgeable, forget it.
Normally I am not a person writing reviews or feedback but after going to this place, I changed my opinion. Firstly It's a whole new management & pharmacy, with past name I didn't use them for 4 years, but after I heard the good reviews from community, wanted to give a chance and yes I made a good decision of giving the business to them, if we go in and see the ambience, service, friendly atmosphere, lot of negative opinions and reviews will change! The techs are very knowledgeable, hard working, prompt and courteous! Please give them an opportunity or chance by clearing out the opinion like me about bad past with old management. Everyone will be very 100% happy with service and most of all Free packaging and delivery anytime, who would refuse it?
Very good customer service. I personally deal with Eddie. He goes way beyond himself rectify any problems you may have and will fix or recommend a solution that will leave you more than satisfied before you leave. I had a short turnaround on a Rx I needed for my sick pet and the customer care exceeded all expectations. Very blessed my Vet recommended Pine Pharmacy @ 12 Corners
Rude management. Prepared food manager very arrogant. Rude staff there as well. Food quality has gone down.
Ran out of jelly so no jelly donuts this week. 1 person working at the deli and its noon on Saturday. Can not husk corn anymore. Ham salad sucks. Its no longer made by the deli but by an outside company. You ran out of Olive loaf again. $6 Pasta meals dated today. Its Saturday. Can not keep for Sunday or Monday. A few pasta bowls out of date.Wegmans prepackaged salads suck. They are bad days before the expiration date. I have complained over a year and nothing was done. Now have to get salad at Aldis. Wegmans is going down the drain.

They suck! Rx's r not ready when promised even when u call and they say they r ready. U have to call back to see if Dr has been contacted if missing info on script. Pharmacy went down hill after pharmacist Dan left.
They never call u back, u have to call everyday to check to see if your rx is ready! They keep calling the wrong Dr for my refills! I changed drs in March it is now Nov! Every time I go in to drop off my rx they r too busy talking about what they r going to do or did do over the weekend! It is supposed to be customer service not once have I had good customer service here! They don'tcare about me as a person!
