The ladies at Bridal Belle have been nothing but amazing throughout my wedding plans! They have gone above an beyond to make sure every dress was perfect. I found their prices competitive with local stores. My bridal gown was altered to perfection and I even received discounts on my accessories! If you can ask for Jennifer, she is the best!
First I want to start by saying they way over price their dresses. We found a dress at one brisal shop but it was far from where we lived so we purchased them from bridal belle and we were told we would be receiving %15 off for coming to them at checkout I realized even with the discount our dresses were $50 more than the previous place. We were told 8 weeks for the dresses to come in the day of purchase, around 9 weeks later I called for a progress and was told no we wouldn't have said that it takes 12 weeks, so 12 weeks comes then 13 then 14 so week 15 I decide to call again I'm then told it'll be another week. She then says this is common and laughs!!! I'm sorry it is not ok for it to take 4 months to come in and it is not funny. After reading these other reviews I can only hope they come in the correct size and don't fall apart the day of the wedding. Stay far away from this place. Sadly you're better off going to David's bridal.
I would give this zero stars if I could. Customer service was horrible. Woman at front desk was not friendly and quite useless. It seemed like nobody wanted to help us!
Waited an hour to order a dress that I had previously tried on with the bridal party at a separate time. They keep all the information on file. Got the email stating my dress was in, went and picked it up. Later that day got a phone call from my bride saying I have the wrong dress. After 45 minutes on the phone finally got them to ship me a box to send back the wrong dress and get the new dress shipped to me. About a month later I get an email saying my dress was in. So much for it getting shipped to me. Terrible customer service and experience.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. We had 3 out of the 6 bridesmaid dresses break halfway through the night of the wedding. One of which the zipper was frayed and cost the bride to miss her pictures with the wedding party and focus on trying everything in her power to fix the dress, so that the bridesmaid could actually be in the wedding. When we called about all the issues we had, and explained that half of us had to change into normal clothes ultimately. The manager explained that it was "out of her hands" and said here's the manufactures number. Please don't waste your money on an such an expensive dress that you can't even wear.
Attentive friendly staff member helped us for over an hour, search for the perfect wedding dress. The staff member was competent, efficient, and focused on us entirely .anyone can tell you that finding the right dress is a major hurtle.perhaps that's why there was so much customer traffic !my guess is the seamstress may get overwhelmed at times.
Great selection to match a tricky color my finance picked out for the dresses. We had out of town attendants and they hooked them up with a place near them to get measured. Overall, Vittorio's was a good value and experience for us.
I am the maid of honor in a wedding that just too place yesterday and I have to report our horrible bridesmaid experience! ALL of the girls (there were 5 so this is not a fluke) who were in the wedding had issues with their dresses that used the seamstress at Bridal Belle. First of all, they order your dress about two sizes too big so you HAVE to have your dress taken in. What kind of scam is this? We didn’t know it at the time, as we thought maybe the dresses run small. We all paid good money, $78 or more, to have our dresses hemmed and taken in. The first time you go to retrieve your dress, surprise, surprise they aren’t ready. Either they forgot to hem your dress or they forgot to take you in. When I went to pick my dress on after a second visit, the ladies were almost surprised that I wanted to try mine on and I’m glad I did! When I tried it on I found that my top was not taken in at all. It was like they had actually forgotten to take the dress in. The seamstress’ solution? Sew a button to my dress and my bra and snap me in! I told her I still felt uncomfortable, but they hustled me out the door. I should have stood my ground but at the time I felt like maybe I was making a big deal out of nothing. Fast forward to the day before the wedding with two bridesmaids who had just gotten in from out of town. They go to pick up their dresses and lo and behold they don’t fit. The tops again were way too loose. They fell completely off the girls’ bodies! Luckily, the “seamstress” was able to work on it the night before and the girls had to pick them up the day of the wedding. Are you kidding me? One girl was completely missing the snap at the back of the dress and we had to use a safety pin so her back wasn’t completely exposed! I ended up calling the store on the day of the wedding to complain on all of our behalf. Celeste, the manager DOES NOT take any responsibility. I explain that I am very unhappy, that the work was shoddy, that we all had issues. She does not apologize, reimburse or do anything a manager would normally do in this type of situation where the customer is unhappy. Instead she puts the blame on me telling me that we should have gone back a 3rd or 4th time to get my dress. Really lady? How about you do the work right the first time? I will never ever go back there again! My advice? STAY FAR AWAY from this place with the horrible quality dresses and customer service.
we waited 3 and 1/2 hours to try on 4 ugly dress... terrible
