Its sad that people would use the Internet to bad mouth a company . People beware there two sides to every story, I've use prestige limousine many tines over the past 10 years . I actually bought a Cadillac DTS sedan from them for my business. I have found Chuck and his Daughter Kim to be vary honest and straight foreword no BS. Prestige limousine has over 30 vehicles including buses . And they store all there vehicles indoors . They have a 100% pass rate with NYS DOT . They have full time Mechanics to keep vehicles in top shape, So what if a thermostat went on one of there limos there 2 hrs from there shop they dispatched a 2nd car as a back up .And called a local garage and convince them to go where car was to make repair which cost $$$$$ I'm sure . What more could anyone have done . At the end of the day you still had your wine trail . If you would of talked to them calmly and provisional your out come with them would of been better have some class school teacher. Give a company a chance to make good on a bad situation . I will always use prestige limousine company and refer them to my clients and friends .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The driver was the only one who was pleasant and respectful! The limo started out smoking and leaking fluids & the owner Chuck had to call a mechanic. After 1.5 hrs we were on our way, it drove okay until our ride home when it overheated again and we had to pull over. Chuck's ‘plan’ was to let the limo cool down and ‘try’ to get home. This was not safe, I was not putting my family & friends back into the limo and TRY to get home, so family had to be called to pick us up. I called Chuck again and he had ‘left the building’, Kim rudely and inconsiderately insisted that she got us “3 miles from home, what else more do you want?!”. After she would no longer speak to me the call was ended, it continued during the week with the owner refusing to speak to me, Kim refusing to refund me any money, not even the pity $50. I will NEVER do business with them again or recommend this company! Do not be fooled with their pleasantry prior to signing a contract, you will regret.
Called him in the middle of the night. He's really punctual and super friendly. Makes you feel safe and comfortable in the cab. Highly recommended.

Worst service ever. I made a reservation for Sunday, November 22nd a week before. Had an early flight so we needed to be picked up at 4:45 AM in Fairport. Called the day before to confirm. They had my cell phone number. At 4:45 AM, no van. Waited until 5:00 AM and called. First no answer then a guy did pick up and confirmed the van was on the way. Waited another 25 minutes and no van. Panic time, got my son-in-law out of bed and he took us. Did not pass a van on the way. They never called us to say they were late or even was lost. I called and cancelled on the way to the airport. So, call someone else.
Harrison Dean — 1 starWe booked East Coast Limo for my brothers 30th birthday. We had about 15 people get together (some of which came in from out of town) and had planned to get a limo and do some bar hopping downtown. Our plan was to get picked up around 10:30 but at 9:50 I get a call from the limo company. They tell me that apparently the transmission blew on our limo and we were out of luck. They didn't have another car available and made no attempt to call any other limo company to get us a ride. They just said "sorry" and offered to take half off the price if we did it the following night...(this was a Saturday night mind you...who the hell can go bar hopping til 2am on a Sunday night??)I then spent the next half hour calling every single limo company in the city with no success as it's impossible to get another limo at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. And since East Coast Limo technically had a driver available but a broken car and didn't try and offer the driver to another limo company to drive for us I am almost certain they lied about the car breaking down and they overbooked the night (I talked to another limo driver about this and that certainly was a possibility). So now since I was the one organizing this event I had to explain to 15 people why we no longer have a limo. Needless to say this was the worst experience I've had with any business. Ever.
