        I moved from Los Angeles years ago to southeast Mn. I have advanced degrees in piano performance from University of Southern California and treasure my Yamaha grand. I have been waiting to find a piano technician like John Ross! He has pampered my grand until it sings; it hasn't sounded this good for a long time. He also has brought the touch to a wonderful regularity and satisfying level. His personality is pretty wonderful too - calm, wise, and efficient.
