I stopped in at 9:43 am 8/1/2016 to look at the M4 on the floor and the white Audi A7 outside. I walked inside and there was not one sales person on the floor to greet me there was one receptionist working and she did not greet me as well and did not even look up once. She was on her cell phone texting. There was a customer on his cell phone sitting down on his cell phone and I told him not one salesman anywhere to bad they lost a sale today. Customer service is the biggest part of sales and retaining your client's. I am sitting here writing this at the dealership up the road looking at another car. Worst part is I drove 75 miles to look at the M4. Please fix your staff and your service's.
They always treat me like a best friend, & I know this because I check prices on the Kelley Blue Book Value website, & after negotiations, their price is at least $300 less than Kelley Blue Book Value. I have been buying cars from the for years & 1 time they went just over $700 less than Kelley.
The purchase of the car was easy enough, but I added the extended warranty to cover wear and tear and in less than a year of normal driving, the entire $2200 bill isn't covered. And most of the issues wear present when I purchased the vehicle and they would not address them then either. Today, the salesman told me that it isn't bumper to bumper and no one offers those anymore. Much different story from when I was buying. Not pleased at all. Will not do business with them again.
My husband had set up an appointment to have our boat winterized and oil changed before winter started. I brought it in for the appointment with a front desk worker having no knowledge of what I was talking about. After a minute or so another person came along and starting filling out some paperwork with some knowledge of what I was talking about. I dropped off the boat and waited 6 hours to hear back until I finally decided to call and got an irritated/rude personality on the other end. I was put on hold. When the person got back on the phone they informed me they had no idea where the paperwork or the person in charge of doing the work on my boat was. The only person who knew what was going on wasn't going to return for 1 hour and they would contact me after that. The person on the phone then asked once again who I was which was insulting. At this point wouldn't bring anything back to Al's Specialty Marine.
