Worse customer service and delivery service EVER!! I just spent over 10K on 4 GE Profile appliances. The Fridge sounded like a garbage disposal when running and my gas range with double ovens had the frame bent. They sent out a new fridge and it was scratched on the door, the repair crew had scrapped the previous fridge and swapped the door, in the process "Ethan" scratched the door and I said I was not going to accept it. He said OH WELL, I'LL WRITE IT UP. He then got real cocky with my husband and I and was juggling his large wrenches and tools on my tile floor! I was waiting for them to crash and break my floor! The other delivery guy Chris was very nice and friendly. They will not replace my range and said it up to GE. After visiting the Macomb location to discus with the manager. We spoke to Matthew about the problems at hand. Told him about the errogant delivery dude, and when we got ready to leave he said to us...Ethen the delivery dude, is my son! HA, well he should be fired! When GE came to see the damage on the range they stated to us that Sargent buys and sells damaged and dented goods, and fixes them up. I also reported this to the BBB. My needs were not met and the problems were not addressed. Very unprofessional service except for out saleman John. I highly advise going to a big box store to purchase your appliances. THIS company does not care about anything except your money. BEWARE!!

realy disapointed ,wasted my time and food ,bought frig thay came almost two weeks after thay were to be here. last all my food,to replace it. it cost me $400.00

Awful Customer Service!!! Disrespectful!!

JUST AWFUL!! Customer service (aka Patti) is terrible. I personally signed up with yellow pages, google and yelp just to write this review everywhere. Don't get me wrong, the deals here are good, but as soon as I purchases almost $7000 worth of appliances they treated me with no respect. Patty yelled at me over and over again "that this is not my problem" then hung up on me. Very matureI I must say. Please do not disregard this review, pay a little extra somewhere else who provides better customer service than Sargent Appliance.



terrible customer service ; don't waist ur time

Sale rep is unprofessional. Transaction go well up initially. If there is issue, good luck. No help nor care. You are on your own. Save yourself headache go somewhere else



Disappointed in employees

I went in to price out several specific items needed to complete a kitchen remodel. The items being priced were over $800 each. One which they had advertised that very morning yet when I went in the three salespersons seemed to share a very 'shady' sales style including being very persistent to steer me to other merchandise. One mocked my prior choices. Another kept telling me they didn't carry what I needed although the other had indicated they did - neither bothered to 'check' who was right. I don't get in this economy their sales strategy, but I do know did not buy anything nor after the experience would I ever return.




Not only was the service IN Sargent Appliance MORE than helpful, but they also lined up my rebates, and explained EVERYTHING to me about what was going to happen for my new washer & dryer. The delivery/servicemen were kind & quick, and the appliance installation(for the dryer gas connection) company Sargent had recommended(and lined up completely) was inexpensive, quick. He also carried a huge package into my home that I didnt even realize had been delivered! I honestly couldn't have asked for better service along with acceptional pricing and a down-to-earth feeling in ordering what was right for me & my family. I am more than happy with the outcome & look forward using Sargent for later updates we plan for our basement. Thank you! JAS, Oakland, MI
