Fitness 19

this gym is simple and clean. it has everything i need with a price i can afford. the staff is always friendly and helpful and its never too crowded. ive been a memeber at different gyms throughout my life but this one is def my favorite.

I love the atmosphere the most here! I hate having to go to the gym, but I do love coming here! I always have the best workouts at Fitness 19! The staff is awesome, and the gym is always so clean!

I have been at Fitness 19 for almost 5 years. I used to go to the Farmington location, but once I moved to Rochester Hills I started coming here. The facility is so clean, and the employees rock! I love Fitness 19!

Like many others I'm sure, I've membered-up at a lot of different fitness facilities. What has kept me at Fitness 19 in Rochester is the staff and their very sincere efforts to help me obtain my fitness goals. The price is right, the equipment clean and up to date, and the staff... second to none!!
