Rochester Limousine LLC

We just used this company for a Tigers Game today. Omg, it was realy cool!!! The driver was awesome because he was able to get us right up front because we stayed a little late at the restaurant before hand. After the game, I called him and he got us right out front which was really great! We rented a Mercedes Bus, very cool! Never seen a limo like that before. We all had our own phone chargers, large tv inside the glass. Very cool! Highly recommend. Down fall is that it is a little pricey so we cant do this for all the games but very much worth it because we didn't have to worry about driving. they where first class all the way!

This company does not even deserve to receive one star. Me and my wife visited the office January 1 2015 to book a limo for our wedding in July. We were talked into booking a 20 person party bus because we were told the Hummer limo was for sale and the party buses were beautiful and had state of the art lights, music and air conditioning. What we got the day of our wedding was more like an 1960s tour bus from another company Metro Party Bus. This bus was ugly, dirty, broken(rear fire exit window was flying open while driving), and had no air conditioning. A wedding party in July MUST have air conditioning. When we asked the driver to turn on the air he proceeded to turn the heat on inside the bus and make things even more miserable. When we spoke with Rochester Limousine after the event they told us that we need to go fight with Metro Party Bus because they subcontracted the job. This seems to be a common scheme for this company to bait and switch customers then ignore any communications. We are actively fighting with Rochester Limousine for a refund. If you do not want this to happen to you do not go with this company. TOTAL SCAM

If you want the piece of mind that you will receive the bus you paid for, or even any bus at all for your special event, then do NOT book with Rochester Limousine. I booked a 35 passenger bus for a 25th birthday party a month ahead of time, paid my $100 deposit and received confirmation of my reservation two days before my event. The day before my event at 5 pm, I received a call that they "accidentally" overbooked, and that they did not have a bus for me. They did nothing to rectify the situation, and I was stuck calling every limousine company in town trying to secure a bus for the next day. The only promise they did make was that they would refund me my $100 deposit that I deserved to get back, since they did NOT provide me with a bus. After a month and half of waiting, and 5 phone calls later, I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am absolutely disgusted with how they conduct business. Please, learn from my mistake, and do not trust this company with your money.

We used Rochester Limousine for the Pink concert and had a great time. The bus was brand new and so cool! The driver was very helpful and he helped us get our music rolling! Im telling ya, that bus was so freaking cool!!! Will def. use them again, I want to try another limo next time too.

We reserved a party bus with this company for a Halloween outing with myself and 10 other friends. Didn't negotiate the price - simply accepted what I was quoted. Actually, it was higher than a few other limo companies but I figured I'd pay the higher price to deal with a local company.



They send a hummer limo instead of the party bus that was reserved. They claim someone vomited the night before and the limo bus could not be cleaned in time. They knew this the night before and I was never informed, rather they just sent a limo we did not want and were told to just deal with. I was offered a hummer limo at the time of reservation but I SPECIFICALLY reserved a party bus and told him I didn't want a hummer limo.



Spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction... I was told to just deal with it; he also stated that he can rent the limo out to another customer if I didn't want to deal with it. Told me he would do nothing about the price and thought we were bluffing about sending the limo away but we did. I have never been treated so terrible by a company.



To be fair, I did speak with an alternate owner who tried to make it up but this is after we hired an alternate company at that point it was too late. We had already been picked up by an alternate company.



Treated horribly by this company - I will never use them again.

So 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding I had to scrounge to find a new party bus.. because Rochester Limo did not want to keep a contract with us, because our wedding falls on homecoming weekend and they can make more money on the homecoming crowd than the original discounted price they gave us 8 months prior, saying that there was an error in the discounts on my contract. I was upset at first, but than realized I was better off, because I found an amazing deal and they were more than willing to work with us and said that they legally couldn't break a contract. So I guess I would say.. don't go through Rochester Limousine, because you might end up without a ride on your special day :)

We wanted to thank all of you for a wonderful time! Renting a limo was something new to us and you all were very patient with our e-mails and phone calls. We had rented the white Hummer limo for our son's May 24th prom. You were all very patient and professional when answering our questions.The driver, Bruce, was fantastic. He treated my son and guests with respect and had a great sense of humor. The limo was clean and well kept and you all helped to create lasting memories for seniors ending their high school years. Feel free to pass this message along to everyone who was involved in making this night special. We will truly recommend your company to others.

I will never use this company again,, last week we had a limo set up for a 9:00pm pick up and finally around 9:40 it showed up,,, as he pulled up the driver had a cigarette in his mouth,, he then put it out after stepping out ,,Real Professional ,, and sure wasn't the brightest crayon in the box!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for stepping in at the last minute and saving my sons 21st birthday party after another company screwed us over. Bruce was great, the limo was early and the vehicle itself exceeded our expectations.front. You gave us a huge discount and we appreciated it. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family as well as contact you again for our own needs.

Awesome limos, so much fun...

9/25/2011 Rochester Limo, THANKS A BUNCH! We had already rented a limo with another company and when we went to visit the limo, it was so disgusting and dirty and stinky so we called Rochester Limo and told Ronnie what happened. The day before we needed it, Ronnie was able to rent us an awsome black limousine that was brand new. We had such a great time for my birthday and I will recommend this company to all of my friends.
