Just wanted to say how helpful Matt Weyers is at the service counter. Had to have a tire fixed after hitting a pothole and he was able to get the tire replaced under my service contract. I didn't even know I had the coverage, thanks again.
So I went in to lease my first audi. I was super excited to be getting into this brand. And boy did they see me coming from a mile away. This is not my first vehicle purchase/lease so I have been around the block a few times. However I did not do my due diligence before signing the dotted line. So I will take responsibility for that part, however I will not take responsibility for the garbage offer that was placed before me. I leased a 2017 A3, and it was based off STICKER price. This was a model year older than what was currently out, so in no way should anyone be paying sticker on that. The reason I didn't know that I was doing this is because through the whole process I was TOLD I was getting a 2018. I originally went in with someone else, and they also heard them tell me everything was for a 2018 model. I did have a brand new sales guy, and I really don't fault him for anything. He was a perfect salesman, very attentive during and after the sale. He was just the sales manager's puppet on everything, and was just doing what he was told. They had a sale going for quite sometime before, and after where they would pay your first months lease payment for you, but because my car was not taken out of their on site stock, they wouldn't do it for me. All the signage did state "in stock" so I didn't put up a fight. However, finding out that other dealers...other AUDI DEALERS would have done this for me regardless was extremely disheartening. I realize I was not their number one customer getting an A3 (even though it was basically fully loaded with all the extras), this did introduce me into the audi world. I likely will be getting more audis in the future, but not from here. I also work in an industry where I refer people to a lot of dealerships, and I will never recommend this dealer.
Every time I go there I have the best experience. Friendly, informative and professional. This time was nothing short of that. Thanks to Dave Bennett and Greg Zytowski

Both the sales & service staff are outstanding, and they care about the customers.I would especially like to give four stars to John Stoll, one of your sales people. This is my 2nd visit to Huntington Ford for service.Meghan S. has been my service write up representative both times.Personally she goes out of her way to understand/grasp the service item & need.Today I brought my 2014 Escape in for a recall item that Ford originally announced in the fall/2013 .I wisely called ahead on Monday to book-reserve a spot. Dave one of the managers took the call , I mentioned Meghan was my rep & he wrote it up for her account/credit.Huntington Ford gave me an appointment for 8 am on 4-9-14 & reserved me a rental at no charge, so I would have wheels while the 8- 10 hour repair takes place.In full disclosure, the service area is not a drive thru one like many dealers I'm used to in the GM Family.However it does not result in a star deduction, especially since Miss Meghan's people skills trump that dilemma.
As I was out running errands, my Escape began to stall and became difficult to drive. I somehow got it to the nearest Ford dealership, Huntington Ford. Although they were extremely busy, they took my Escape right into the shop to figure out what was wrong with it. A huge shout out to two employees in particular- John Locher and Dave Watt. They were both extremely helpful, and I truly feel like they went over and beyond to get my Escape in as soon as possible. I can't recommend the service department of Huntington Ford enough- and if you get John or Dave to help you, that's even better! Huntington Ford is my new go-to place for vehicle maintenance and future vehicle purchases.

Huntington ford has been always there for me and there very friendly to the customer. I bough many car from them which the last one was a use Car from another car maker and have some issue according to Shelton Buick dealer and and talk to my sale person and toll me to come over and we check the issue. Nothing was wrong with the car and so happy I can trust Huntington Ford because they honest, With the bad experience at other dealer I always be loyal with Huntington Ford for the rest of my life.Thank you Huntington Ford to be my true dealer ship.

Gregg Singh was super helpful for my fusions checkup. Oil change... tires rotated...and coolant issue fixed! Plus the works! super fast plus my first rental car experience through Ford and Enterprise and I was SOOOO happy with how smooth the entire process was. GREGG & Katie Spellman in Service went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understand what was going on step by step!
