Dropping off my 2014 Ford Escape next door for a recall, Huntington Ford hooked me up for a free rental at this Enterprise.Chris picked me up within moments & whisked me to Enterprise.Super nice young man, very polite & polished. We were in some Nissan Murano, like a Buick Enclave.I inquired what are my choices today? This Nissan Murano or a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with a HEMI !Yes I took the HEMI..why not on vacation all week & a HEMI!I 99% of the time, turn down the rental insurance, as if your personal car is parked, your policy covers you. However Chris shared with me for $18 a day I could have worry free coverage, and NOT have to pay my $500 deductible should an accident happen. $18 well spent. Also very noteworthy is the entire staff, Meghan, Steven & Chris were very friendly, social & we solved 91.2% of the words problems & questions as we chatted during my write up of my rental. The Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi, had 72 miles on it at 9am...and close to 200 now.________________Brief Ram reviewHandles very very well!Accelerates like the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar PointThe creature /comfort features are awesome.Especially the removable cup holders in the console/doors for cleaning of any spills.Stereo very top shelveSeat adjustments & lumbar 5 starsOne note...if Enterprise wants to avoid any complaints add a step bar , even at 5'8 it was quite the jump up for me

These people here know what customer service is... I tried hertz and I had to do a credit check , then they couldnt use my credit card . Here at enterprise they got me to where I needed to go pickrd me up and dropped me off afterwards. They have great deals. I will always rent from here. Its easy and everyone there is great and helpful. Thanks guys.
I've used them a few times and they're always very-helpful. If the requested car isn't in-stock, they will search for one and give the location and pick-up time. The prices are good and they allow unlimited mileage. the address in YP.com is wrong because they're on Rochester Road now, and they're in Troy not Rochester.
