In March or so 2016 a new plant manager Randy Stinson and a new operations manager Scott Miller came to Ryder building 1 color storage.A few salary personal where retired. Then one day a friend mentioned I may be targeted for termination. I tried not to believe this and kept working as best I Could. Then it came.I needed help one day around 5 pm to clean up a bag of beans that spilled. I was told by a 3rd shift lead man Ben Williams that I was lucky that I was still employed. This got me worried and I said I maybe didn't hit the rack. BEN called Scott Miller before I even had a chance to explain. They both pretty much knew that they had what they needed to hang me. 6 weeks later I was fired. RYDER DISRESPECT ME AFTER 7 YEARS OF SERVICE OVER A BAG OF BEANS THAT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET CLEANED UP. FOR THIS I say you are as low as they come. Randy ,Ben ,and Scott.
I don't even work for the company but it is a joke. My husband has worked there for 6 years and he practically lives there. He always gets mandated to work overtime and does not ever get off at the time he is supposed to. If you have a family or plan on having one don't work at Ryder because this company doesn't care about your life outside of work. They don't care if you work 60 hours in one week, they don't care if you're mentally or physically tired. They don't care if you have plans to do something with loved ones or friends. Again please don't ever apply to this place, or you will be their slave.
