They show online CLOSED in Robertsdale, but they opened up in Foley, Al. My wife and I Spent 3 days at the Foley, Al. lot with one of the owners, we agreed on a price for a car, shook hands, etc... he called me and said that someone called and wanted to pay cash so if they didn't take it he would sale to us. After calling and going back next day again he agreed to price, Gave us the runaround on and on about it and the deal, we agreed on writing 2 checks for it, as I thought after waiting all day he was doing contract, my wife paid for insurance on it, he wasted 2 days to tell me he couldn't hold to his agreement price, went up $2000, BS $299 Doc Fee (only new dealerships have), and tried to extort more money from us to complete deal, (wanted an ungodly 24% interest) and then he changed the price numerous times, once he found out we paid for ins. on it, he said he just thought about it and couldn't honor his word, "This is fraud under Title 13a Al. law, also breach of a verbal contract which caused damages as a result... And I suspect after so many lies he told us to hold us for 3 days and loss of work and another car we could have looked at and bought for less money and a better deal (***Plus we just found out on their website it is listed for CHEAPER!!!). We have lost alot of time and money fooling with this used lot, ***I would recommend anyone to NEVER buy anything from them "iCars AUtomall, inc. which is a small nasty buy here pay here used lot ran out of a old house". We spoke to the City of Foley and to the Better Business Bureau which we are filing a formal complaint tomorrow with. Contacted our attorney for damages and loss of work pay over this. Had he honored his word we would have bought the car. My wife is very upset and I suspect this type behavior is the status, also they seem to rather sale for cash and online as I believe based on the shop looks they only patch them up for quick sale leaving the customer holding the bag on a lemon (Lots of wrecked junkers for parts in back yard, it is in a old house, nasty, greasy, and junked up for an office. Please read Al. lemon Law, especially if going to try to do business with this lot. As they also show closed in Robertsdale I suspect they are avoiding dissatisfied prior customers.

From the time I walked through the door, I was not 'just a customer'! I told them what I was looking for and my budget and although they didn't have anything that day, they went above and beyond to find me the PERFECT vehicle for my family's needs! Chris was able to get me financed and welcomed me 'to the family'! The mechanics checked and fixed EVERYTHING telling me if it wasn't safe for their own family it wasn't leaving the lot And the guy detailing my car went as far as pulling out the seats and carpet to disinfect and really clean my vehicle. I am beyond pleased and glad I went with my gut on choosing this group of wonderful people to deal with when getting a vehicle. Couldn't be happier.
This is the place to buy a car, wether it be your first time or whatever. Chris is an awesome guy and will do whatever it takes to make you happy and get you in a great vehicle with a heck of a deal.
