I have had the best experience with Dr Northcutt and Sharon..what a team ! Very professional and made me feel so comfortable..It's like part of a family ! The staff is unbelievable! On top of there profession ! Very nice folks ! I wouldn't go anywhere else !

I am so pleased with my new teeth. For the first time in many years I am able to eat normal and free from the headaches I experienced from TMJ. Thank you, Dr. Northcutt for taking the time to really care about the pain I have experienced for many years.

Overall the staff is nice and all and they do a good job. However they like to rip people off! Sometime last year my insurance dropped them from their network, which the dentist never told us about. Then they have been estimating how much we need to pay them, which is about 20% of the bill. Not only have we never been sent a bill for these charges, but the estimate has been higher than it should be. On top of that, instead of giving me a credit or a refund they have just pocketed the money! So if you like getting overcharged for dental services this is your place! Never coming back here!

Overall staff was awesome. Great patient care

Staff overall was nice enough, but bad experience. When my denture arrived, it did not fit my mouth correctly and left a gap near the gum, when the dentist saw this, he said "don't smile so big". Also looked at me like I was an idiot when I inquired about any possible harm caused by cleaning treatments, replying "Whitening toothpaste won't whiten this."
