I have been to this store twice. Each time I was assisted promptly by polite and helpful staff. I couldn't ask for better service. I hope to never have to go to the Valley View Verizon store again! This is THE Verizon store to go to in Roanoke.

Not happy. After to allow our long discussion with them about the possibility of switching from Verizon to Sprint many things were omitted by the store manager and store associates about their plans. After we had spent 4 1/2 hours in the store to set up our phone lines there is still matters on resolved. First they expected us to give up our brand-new phones to trade in for their iPhone- forever plan. Which they never stated that would ever happen then when they gave us a so called free tablet it came in broken and we were expected to wait and wait and wait for a new one. Then we were told we would receive a discount however that was denied because my name is on the bill and my wife's name was on the document supporting the discount. We were very disappointed in our experience with Sprint they have yet to resolve any of her issues and more they seem always annoyed to take your phone call always in a hurry never any time to actually answer a question they always promised will call you back however you always have to call them back after waiting for several hours.
Horrible experience at the Ntelos at Lakeside in Roanoke last week. I went in because my phone wouldn't charge and the only person in there was a big, black lady with very short hair. She was not helpful at all, she told me I am not able to upgrade and threw her hands up like she didn't know what else to do. So I had to ask her (instead of her giving me other options) about having it fixed and she said she'd have to put a ticket in and made it sound like it would take a long time. I walked out of there amazed and at a loss for words at that horrible customer service experience. Also when I walked in she was alone, no customers, her music on her computer was blaring and the store was a mess.Ntelos customer service over the phone and online is just as bad. It takes them at least 48 to email you back. After their customer service messing up over the phone with me I just contacted Credo Mobile and got a iphone and a cheaper plan with them, and they will pay up to $350 in transfer fees.I will not be an ntelos customer again and will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible they are.
